About the "Exact Mode": This allows you to specify if NBT data should be ignored or not. So if you for example have an exporter exporting Unbreaking 3 enchanted books on Exact Mode, it will only export unbreaking 3 books. If exact mode is turned off, it will export any enchanted books in your system.
