My mother had also a hip-joint problem and she couldn't even walk anymore. After that, the hip was replace... then no problem. I wish you the best Denis, come back stronger :)
It pains me to say because denis is my favorite and who introduced me to arm wrestling, But it may be time to retire and worry about his health. He already defeated the odds with the stroke or whatever he had years ago to come back and pull. He’s got nothing to prove at this point, But i think his prime is long gone.
Honestly I don't get the rush of planning incredibly difficult matches for Denis. He seems to be in a rehabilitation program for months, before Devon rematch and even now. I'm not saying he's totally done, but if everything goes right he surely needs more time
I don't understand why he wants to START taking on the top 5 guys. After what I saw vs Devon, he should just focus on training and look at some opponents more on his current level not his level from from 2017
I regret to hear about a potential hip replacement surgery. I hope its not that kind. But if he just took the time to exercise his hips and spine and decompress with some inversion boots since he cant deadhang with his fucked up elbows, it should alleviate some of the problems and then he could do more specific strength work to not keep it as a recurring problem later on. Also just laying against hard surfaces and trying to get comfortable against them like with stone floors, pavement, or hardwood, tiles. Hell if you took a rock and just poked it into the hip, it can aleviate that pain with a different kind of pain that is more likely to get it to go away. it is to simulate somebody else massaging you except you get to apply the pressure of your own body weight against a rigid inanimate object. The rock is inorganic, and it cannot feel pain or fatigue. Compared to human hands, human hands will tire, and even if the hands could hold strong it could travel up somewhere else in the body and create a weakness of fatigue there instead. It is impractical to be serviced by humans sometimes where it can be much more inviting to be self sufficient in the activity of self preservation. The sport of arm wrestling has always been an unsustainable endeavor of specialization. Sometimes if you would just try to put some general exercise into your routine, it would make a substantial amount of difference in the way the body feels. Mostly for hips, you want to look at mobility with static and dynamic movements. But the method to massage any inflammation out of an area can put it into a more manageable state for you to exercise with it. In other words, sometimes you need something easier to do before you do something that takes more dedication and difficulty. Because it helps bring up the quality of the work you put in, if the body is set up to be in less of a state of dysfunction for you to pursue any sort of training effect. And if only temporary, it would be enough if you are consistent and tenacious in your pursuit. The hips hate to stay stagnant. Airplane flights are probably the worst thing. Sitting inside cars all the time, sitting at home. It can be destructive when you get it in your head you need to be lazy all the time like larratt. Recovery is not always meant to be prioritized in life as the body is able to be much more resilient than we give it credit for. If dennis went on hikes, there would be plenty of circulation and movement for the hip joint to be healthy. Though the issue may also be the constriction of feet, the toes of the feet. If your hands are wider than any other humans, it would be no surprise if your feet were wider too. They probably dont make shoes wide enough for him, consider walking barefeet more of the time or something primitive to keep the soles from getting too ashy. Its also a strange phenomenon, to sleep naked. As well as to sleep on solid ground. And to stretch or exercise naked. Something about there not being fabric against the skin is just a different feeling for the body. If you can stretch at night in your own privacy while naked, it would be the best thing. Just be wary of bugs and keep your bedding clean. 😁
I think if we are being honest... the reaoson things go sourh is because we stop doing any activities like we used to do in our 20's. Stop playing sports etc
I think trying to come back so fast is a bad idea. Maybe coming back at all is a bad idea. Denis looks so unhealthy. He looks terrible for low 40s and can barely move around. For his own good retirement might be the best option
That's not really the definition of a man. If you agree to a fight, and just before the fight you realise you're not strong enough, you go and lose like a man. No excuses. If athletes cancelled and postponed every time they thought they might not be strong enough to win, we would have almost no fights. This is ridiculous!
The difference is that Denis has a serious injury. The main reason is he cancelled it because of extreme hip pain which did not allow him to go sideways. And doctors for a long time advised him to postpone the fight. Go hear what Denis says, not the video titles.
Denis should take all the time he needs
Exactly. No need to rush.
It's pretty crazy to think Denis is YOUNGER than Devon
he does look younger I reckon, but not by much, and devon looks older than he is already lol
Devon looks 60 but shredded
@@lawsong6663 he looks older than devon and is like 8 years younger or smt 😂
Just because dennis having health looking problems doesn't mean his gonna look older
Cause Devon has more estrogen
Only love for Denis,he is a true champion,humble man❤
Yes💪🏻❤️
My mother had also a hip-joint problem and she couldn't even walk anymore. After that, the hip was replace... then no problem. I wish you the best Denis, come back stronger :)
After his surgery he needs to recover and then a good 6 months of hard training. It took him 6 months to prep for devon in 2018 and he got huge
Hopefully all goes ok on the hip treatment🙏🏻
In the Denis v Devon match it was very easy to see Denis has so much more strength and power than Devon and now we know why he could not use it
You mean he has most static strength. And indeed he has. But with no movement, is rather useless against Devon
2023 Ermes, Denis, Georgy vs devon were staged forced matches for money, devon is in illuminati.
@@crazybrosbr9485True.......
What a stupid excuse. Devon is just a much better armwrestler.
@@wisepalaz hahahahahahihiihihihihoohohohoehhehehhehehe
Denis should have wait a bit more after Brzenk to treat his hip
Joint replacement technology is amazing. W/any luck, his surgery will remove the hip as an issue altogether.
Denis needs to drop weight categories
It's honestly good he postponed the match because it wouldn't have been fun to see him get flash pinned 6 times

Ruptured artery on a kidney on leg training, that's the officials...
Denis pulled devon's whole body with table in right arm 2018
Hopefully he WILL return
Atleast its postponed

Yeah, Denis is limited due to that hip problem
I have 10 denis cyplenkov at home
How tf did this guy screw up his hip so bad that he can't even do a sport that uses only his upper body
170kg cheat curls
It uses your core and hips to move correctly on the table.
its the pain - if you move ur upper body, it can hurt in the hip....so any movement hurts
He did "силовой экстрим" basically strongman in early 2000s.
I don't understand why he wants to START taking on the top 5 guys.

His kidneys hurt like a nerve is getting pinched every he tries to pull 👌
no, kidneys dont have nerves dude - are you liek 6 years old??? wtf!

As a 43 yr. old. I can confirm that after 30 shit goes down hill.
Damn, I Thought It Was Only After 35.......
That fking sucks though
And as a 33, I feel better than when I was 23! Stronger, smarter, faster...

Wouldnt want my favorite person to have a serious injury that might cause some problems lager on the future
Would rather see a person fight on their biggest strength than being weakened. Look at georgi and kurdecha
What he means: my body can’t handle the amount of gear it takes to reach elite level
What has hip pain has to do with roids? Stop basing everything on that.
He will never be the same..only worse..
if he can live a good life, without pain it will not be worse... armwrestling came later.
Shut it
Shut Up.......
Shut Down
I have a bit of hip pain due to heavy lifting, and it's an fucking annoy pain.
