If they fight in final form, kabuto hyper clock up can go to the past, did the faiz final form can do it , So when the kabuto change to hyper form, faiz cannot fight kabuto anymore
faiz also got more secret weapons maybe much faster than accel because the hero didnt know from smart brain products & faiz can beat more monsters compare kabuto clock up in series.
and the Kamen rider the henshin match too. Luffy henshin into Kabuto because it allows Luffy to move fast and most of Luffy attacks need speed. Naruto henshin into 555 because naruto is a weapon base user and 555 use lots of weapons.
Technicality Kabuto should win because Fize fast just the speed of sound and he can use that form just 10 sec, But kabuto clock up is fast as light speed and he can press clock up any time.........
See the mistake was giving the power of Kabuto to a weakling like Luffy, now if it was given to a more serious and powerful warrior like Trunks then Kabuto would have won.
