When i got filled with the Spirit in Aug 2010 by watching Passion of the Christ alone at my house, i became so hungry to hear & read about the gospel. Romans was great and Ephesians, but i could not find 1 church in 15 that preached the gospel. This grieved me! Still does. The very "power of God for salvation" is vacant from most churches. No wonder they are powerless. They have no Mark 16 experience as a result. I have heard it at some tent meetings but Tucson does NOT have many of those either.
it only takes experiencing 1 little detail of what Jesus does for us to radically affect us. Lord we need our eyes, ears, heart open - do this in us. We warmly-welcome (dechomai) and even grab a hold if this for ourselves (lambano).
I just got bathtized at 2 00 Pm with 79 out side one of the preachers thinks God is going to speak to me in some different way I hope its by voice, its what Ive been wanting
