Actually... I have tried react once, and made a basic application.
Since , I was already using angular, so i spend more time on mastering the angular.
So, I am not sure. But I will keep it in my mind.

If one would use react js, then one would like to go with .next js, which is a full stack meta framework of react js. There won't be any need of .net then.
