The contents of this video are as simple as it is complicated too. There occurs a lot of overlap in the uses of must/have to/should/ought to etc., and their past tenses. School teachers cover it while teaching reported speech. MUST refers to indispensability and HAVE TO...responsibility. Teachers maker their instruction indispensable to the students who find it their responsibility. There is also a trend to use 'must' as it is in present tense and past tense. 2) 'will have to' is usually not much heard in spoken communication; people get it done with 'have to' or 'has to'. You have to get it finished by next Monday. Here, 'You will have to...' make it too formal. These are used by the 'users of language where refinement is the focus' , like language editors etc. Beginners and mid-level learners can live with a bit of overlaps. :) Personal observation.
