Love this story, Tony! The narration, the amusing voices, commentary. Even The AI thumb-nail of CHRISTMAS RE-UNION by Sir Andrew Caldecott is a perfect match! (not a blanket seal of approval, however). Now THERE is Santa I would not want to present to the kiddies!
Brilliant, Tony! You're the best! Thank you!!!!!

I've heard this story, but I can't remember who read it. I like it, even with its "faults". Thank you, as always.

That writing is so ponderous I feel I'm jogging in wet concrete.

Character assassination motivated by jealousy. Poor Mr. Love overheard their discussing him and that was what really.prompted him to leave early....that and their bratty children who only want him there because he gives expensive presents. The telegram was just a business matter. It was only coincidence that Mr. Love fell to his death later that day, being a foreigner and unused to the underground and the hectic nature of holidays travel. The Santa was a thief who'd earlier posed as a salesman. The thief, spooked by the death of his fellow traveler changed his mind about plans to later rob the house.

It's odd to me that the parents and children were not at all weirded out by Father Christmas' rather creepy tidings. I'd be ready to yeet it out of there!

Superman said: Up Up and AWAYYYYYY!!! Although, in the modern DCU and really past the 1980's, I don't think I've heard them make him say that anymore. It's a bit dated

I love this channel and I just discovered it tonight! I want to “just for fun” have creative writing classes, as I always loved English at school and it was the only subject that I was passionate about (they didn’t have theology or philosophy until Uni) but I have forgotten most of what we learned but it has been a very long time to be fair! At least 10 years! (Lol 😂 just a white lie there.) but believe it or not I got an A star in the equivalent of the Irish A levels! And I read Agatha Christie obsessively when I was 12/13 years old!
So imagine my joy when I looked through this channel and discovered that you can learn it on this channel!
Thank you so much, tony for this genius story and Jasper for creating a channel with lovely mysteries! I love a good “whodunnit!” 😅🙏🫶

Well done! Ty, I enjoyed it. ❤ the image! Btw Tony, Matthew Jones is primarily found on Webnode now. Jic you are interested. I’m strictly speaking for myself, he has no idea of my recommendation. 😊
