Tribe request definitely seems unreasonable considering that the containers represent a border between two countries (US and Mexico). Perhaps a compromise should be made with some kind of crossings where the border police would be present, and where only members of the tribe could pass.

In light of the current situation, it is conceivable that a mutually beneficial resolution could be reached regarding the issue at hand. At present, tribal members are only receiving a minuscule portion of the revenue generated by gaming industries operating on their reservation. This unjustifiable restriction, which was implemented by lawmakers, can potentially be eliminated in exchange for the implementation of a barrier that would enable tribal members to receive a significantly larger share of the revenues they generate.
According to my knowledge, the most recent instance in which the tribe engaged in the act of venerating the river occurred in the year 2013. During this occurrence, a gentleman conducted a ceremonial ritual wherein he beseeched the river to find solace and tranquility, (rest, no longer support) This event took place specifically on the border between Arizona and California.

Sounds like a convenient opportunity for COYOTES and should be stopped at all cost. What difference does it make if it's containers or a steel construction wall? I need more info for a better decision but I think border security is going to be priority here. And it saved damage to crops/harvest?

The USG only recognizes native tribe treaty rights when it's convenient. The USG is not and never has been an honest broker in their negotiations and treaties with any native tribe. The USG is completely untrustworthy and this applies to any dealings with native tribes, U.S> citizens, or any foreign nation or international or agreement. The USG is committed to a domestic and international policy of exceptionalim which loosley translated means anything goes as as what the USG wants to do at any one time, regardless of promises or agreements or codified laws.
