Just so everyone knows, cleaning a rug and cleaning a carpet are two totally different animals. There are steps he can take to cleanse the rug that I can't to clean a carpet, but most the time carpets don't get this bad, those are the rugs and upholstery that require this level of cleaning. Sometimes, the carpet as a whole just needs to be replaced. I can't flip it over and scrub again. If the carpet is replaced I do scrub the floor so dirt won't "walk back up" into the new carpet. I like that he uses a vacuum to remove the extra water at the end, soap draws dirt. Good show. Keep up the good work!

Hey there! I usually don’t comment on RUclips but I simply HAVE to acknowledge your efforts at really cleaning the rugs lol. So basically, I love this detailed video so much, but I’ve been watching your videos for over a year now. one thing that absolutely used to make me upset/drive me crazy was the fact that the vertical right edge of the carpets were always dirty because the squeegee never starts the right edge! I love the fact that now, once you squeegee the water & dirt out of the carpet horizontally, you make an effort to go back & squeegee the carpets right edge the vertical way! It really does help the overall tone of the carpets now and ensures the dirt gets out where you couldn’t fully squeegee the edge. So so glad you implemented doing a vertical swipe across the right carpet edge after doing the whole carpet horizontally .Very attentive. I will continue to support.
It feel so easy to just watch the video 2x speed or skip the process of cleaning whenever we want but it is a real hardwork of yours that make any dirty rug look so clean and beautiful without skipping a single process !!!! Thank you for all this captivating videos... may you be more n more successful for your hardship and dedication.

I am less than 20 min into watching this long form (had to take a break, brain 🧠 said so..😂) and to say my Respect for what you do has infinitely magnified would be a HUGE understatement. Not only do you have a dedication to giving the best outcome for the carpets but I lost count in the 1st 10 min how many times you stopped in the middle to move a camera, add angles and then get right back to where you were cleaning. Mind blowing 🤯. So does the drain have a sensor when it's overfull and drains a little? How do you keep the dirty water from coming back up? James you are Top Tier. About 10:45, you’ve finished squeegeeing it the first time, and go to roll it up. However, the face of the rug when you start rolling it is covered with suds, though it was clear when you finished squeegeeing it. Did the solution just foam up while you were preparing to roll it, or was something added before you started rolling?
