- An old SCRTD Training Video on Customer Service.The second Part is one of Our favorite Videos called "Wrongway" and we hope you Enjoy.The video itself was just taken from an Old VHS Tape and is pretty wobbly and jittery and worn,,but for now it`s the best we have.
and as of 2017 almost every other passenger asks for a courtesy ride short fares or just refuses to pay.
😀 I love the cameo appearance of a young Foothill Transit.
The whole point of the video was how much of a problem the politicians creating agencies like Foothill to put RTD out of business was.

Yeah. Its that easy huh??? Passengers who verbally or physically abuse operators. Passengers who dont want to pay. Homeless walking on without paying as if theyre entitled. Half the people riding the bus never have the fare or feel theyre entitled to a free ride and disrespect the driver. I couldnt help but to laugh at this ridiculous california made video!
