Unfortunately, some people have no choice for a number of reasons. Quite a number of employers can give two shits about the weather, and tell you to get to work. Home health care workers that take care of elderly folks that have no family or family in the area.
@amjackson1975 as much as you're right about that, a high percentage of people who are idiots thinking it's not that bad, and think they need to go get smokes or beer. Go to McDonald's or just getting out to be nosey
I went out to shoot this video because I enjoy weather, I’m no stranger to bad weather, have helped pull numerous people out of drifts, and enjoy showing what I see.
@@stormchasevideo thank you very much for going out and doing this. I’m sure you’re extremely careful. Unfortunately I’m in the hospital and I love winter weather and don’t get to enjoy watching the snow whip in the wind. When you were out if there was a place that was clear what was the snow depth?
In Japan they have a salt water sprinkler system so snow doesn’t cover the roads. The States should do something similar. However it’s a lot more roads to cover but it would be invaluable to do.
@ yeah, but I say why not do it State side. It would pay for itself. Productivity wouldn’t fall, less accidents and insurance claims and installing the system would help out the economy. Imagine all the parts needed and construction workers along with supporting businesses. Everyone’s happy. Especially once it’s online during the winter
I believe it could work in smaller winter storms, but I don't think it'd stop 12"+ of snow. Plus, once you get down cold enough, salt doesn't do anything. Although you could use chemicals.
Hello Folks, January 07,2025 that is so darn hilarious 😂, I am sitting beside thee ocean, down town, Charleston South Carolina. Watching ya'll in Missouri. Very beautiful weather downtown Charleston South Carolina. I have to laugh.
Had one person try their luck today and they got stuck at the entrance of their subdivision luckily they walked back to their house! LOL Hopefully that guy in the red truck is charging people for pulling them out of the snow!!
I live in Alabama, and it doesn’t snow too often here. At the current moment, we’re expecting tornadic storms tonight and snow flurries for tomorrow. Only in Alabama is where you get everything in 24 hours. lol Mother Nature can’t make up her mind! 🙄
We needed it badly. We've been in an extreme drought situation for a few years. Kansas is part of the bread basket of the world. Crops have been severely affected. The storm was brutal but it's moving out now. It's just stupidly cold.
Many people are from 3rd world countries... they never had winters... currently they are unaware that cars get stuck in snow ❄️... they just keep driving... and ops 😅
Hoping and praying that everyone in all these states have their animals protected from this horrible freezing weather
Thank You for commenting about pets !
Thank you hwyman .!
I'm confused - Why go out ?? Wouldn't it just be easier to stay home ? Not like they haven't been predicting this storm for days...

Dude, did you not see the sign at 3:09?? MELTS ARE BACK AT BK - how could you NOT go out???
hopefully not needed, but for the "regarded"... /s

Bizzare and how does it work?
I@alexthemtaandr211weatherfa2 its not bizarre it's technology and a damn good system
Only about a dozen prefectures do that(there's 47) in japan and they're mostly up north where it snow's the most.

1:40, I don’t know why he lifted his plow blade up thru the traffic intercession where people are getting stuck
The sound of the howling wind gives me chills. Mother Nature doesn’t mess around!
People have to be crazy to go out in such conditions. I'd rather stay home and avoid this mess.
How many times are they going to keep pulling that Honda across that intersection?
I think we all appreciate the red pickup. My friend did that and the female sued him. We all he didn't damage her suv. She actually won.
They need to make streets and highways like Japan: Heated pipes under the asphalt ... a great idea!!!
This is just 2 hours south of where I am currently at. Not a flake on the ground here.
No snow in my area of Maine
Send some of that snow my way!!!!!!!
Shorts and a T-shirt in Vegas baby - Scenes like this make my heart soar like an eagle! Is it winter yet??
@@keeythnnevada5107 you and your fellow southern tier States out west are in the VIP areas. No snow, ice, hurricanes, tornadoes. Lucky You sign me up.
Tell em Chief. I heard those words as a child. I appreciate the fact that you remembered them.
Gonna be chilly wearing shorts in Vegas with those 60 m/hr winds they're predicting...

Listen, that red truck, I know that red truck 👌👌 Very nice truck. Named Clifford. The big red truck. 👌👌 And we like that, we like big red trucks.👌👌
That red truck named clifford, yeah that one in the video. It's a good truck, and it was working pretty hard that day!
@zachthegamer7419 and we like that 👌👌👌👌
Wean Saint Joseph and other parts of Missouri get hit with snow they get it I lived in Saint Joseph and the winters are bad
pitiful editing job.... i see the same scene with the truck and the yellow strap all mish-mashed and cut and scattered all over the video....... 👎
Had one person try their luck today and they got stuck at the entrance of their subdivision luckily they walked back to their house! LOL Hopefully that guy in the red truck is charging people for pulling them out of the snow!!
I don’t think he was. But n fact, one person he got unstuck just drove away without even saying thank you.
Not everyone needs a reward for performing good deeds..Some people understand that not everyone can stay home when the roads get bad..
If you have a basic everyday car, you have no business being out in these conditions
When 100 degree weather doesn't sound so bad because you don't have to deal with the mess on the roads😢
Nebraska had a mostly hot summer and fall was considered mild
I'd prefer the snow over 100°F every single day. Since I work outside and days like today, we can just go sledding with the kids.
Snot rocket at 1:50
Can you believe it, snow during the winter.
I live in Alabama, and it doesn’t snow too often here. At the current moment, we’re expecting tornadic storms tonight and snow flurries for tomorrow. Only in Alabama is where you get everything in 24 hours. lol Mother Nature can’t make up her mind! 🙄
This is what pto is for
I heard about this for a week. So, you know where I’m at? In my warm cozy bed.
If only there was a way to predict this was going to happen
😂🤣😂🤣...... Very good.,... Only the last seven days.... But love the comment.. 🇺🇲🙏🇺🇲
I swear to God Missouri road Crews suck big time
Unfortunately, Omaha Nebraska got nothing for snow aka our omadome effect and it cursed all of December eventually we will get slammed and paralyzed
BRING THOSE SNOW IN CALIFORNIA WE NEED BAD😢😢😢😢😢

I`m stuck...duh.
There are always some republicants that understand the meaning of a storm.
Shorts and flip flops in SO CAL!

Sad reality. It’s also worth note the same applies to truck drivers.
You do know that a country does not have to be first world to get snow right?
What does economic status have to do with weather? My God you random trolls are dumb
Some people are just dumb
