3:40 no preview of messages that are going to be sent?

You have a couple of options to preview a message before it's sent:
1) do a test run
2) add a human-in-the-loop step
3) "create a draft" instead of sending
In this demo, we showed (1) and (2), but (3) is sometimes useful as well!

2:06 is it not possible to dynamically select the “from email address”? 😔

It is possible actually! We didn't have a chance to cover it in this video, but you can set up a "Role" that is populated from Notion and use that Role as the sender of the automation in our "Run As" menu. We'll be sure to include that in a follow up video on more advanced usage.
