    I once read that the ingredients of sisig are pigs face and feet because that's what the US military didn't want so they sold them cheaply to locals, but I wonder how much the cooking style of sizzling sisig was influenced by the Korean hot stone bowls which are used for dishes like bibimbab.
    Incidentally you did not need to apologise for your appearance at the beginning as you were at home relaxing after work, you can dress and look however you want.

      @@raymonde4272 good morning @sir raymonde😊. There are many kinds of sisig but i want to taste the pork leg and ears. But the pigs face is the original sisig in the philippines.
