I was so happy with how season 6 handled Viren and his children. Their family dynamic is so complicated and is my favorite part of the show. I really loved how they handled Viren and Soren’s interactions especially. With Viren finally telling Soren that he’s proud of him, but Soren refuses to accept it after everything Viren has done. And Viren accepts that Soren will never forgive him, and just wants him to know that the pain he went through was not his fault so he can move on. And all that stuff revealed in the letter about what he did to save him was honestly so sad 😢

Exactly. I loved that Viren also doesn't force Soren to listen to what he has to say at the moment and says that he could have these words to think about in the future. Made me ugly cry fr

Yeah, "Mage Fam" carried the show past season 3. After season 4, Zim & Ezran became side characters & Callum & Rayla just have their dumb romance subplot. Everthing those 2 do involve their relationship. Saving the world? Raylum first. Finding the Nova Blade? Raylum first. Cleaning yourself from darkness at the Skyscraper? That involves a Raylum subplot too.
