He doesn't want that pressure on him anymore on why he can win even in an easy conference. He's probably hoping the Jets defense will save him. Why do we like Chark so much? 1 good year...4 years ago. This team needs a slot wr, Chark is not that. He can play outside and stretch the field sure, but he can never stay healthy either. Bringing him in for a 1 year deal would be a waste imo. Whoever they get needs more than a prove it deal. I dont expect dpj to be hear after 23. Hardman makes the most sense but who knows about his health. And they need to draft another as well. David Bell cant separate, and the rest of the room are jags. Need as many weapons as possible for deshaun.

I would prefer if the Browns move Martin Emerson to Free Safety and then draft another guy for depth. Martin Emerson would be an outstanding Free Safety. I hope Jim Schwartz will at least try him out at the position during OTAs, if he doesn't like the position the Browns could always move him back to Cornerback, but I think that Martin Emerson will love being back there because he will be able to see everything and use his natural extincts to react.
I'm sorry, but...when I hear "change of scenery" that sends up Red Flags for me. These dudes are pampered and coddled the second they set foot into an NFL atmosphere, and they have "issues" that are "holding them back"..? I would be cautious.
How so? They addressed their biggest need (DL) by getting the best available DT and an improving outside DE that graded top 10 the last half of the season. They also locked up one of the best C in the league. And...they got rid of Woods and Preifert, replacing them with the two BEST coordinators available.
