"Suicide Stuck" is pretty much how I've felt for the last few months. I'm not better yet but I've started the journey by seeking help. I wanna see 24, and just a couple weeks ago I surrendered my gun collection to my dad and went to the hospital with my mom to get help. And I'm happy I made the choice as I have more control over my treatment and wasn't forced into inpatient. The hospital gave me a packet that is basically a guide to healing/coping with mental health, and I say cope since all demons can't be killed but can be lived with. For the past 16 years or so I thought this is just me and I should deal with it, but once I hit the darkest thought on repeat it luckily scared me into seeking help. My psych appointment is in a week, it'll be my first time seeing a professional for mental health. And even tho I'm more anxious then ever, which I didn't think was possible, since leaving my house in itself is crippling most days. But it's time to step forward and stop standing still. And I'm hoping anyone who may read this and is going through something similar does the same. It wasn't an easy decision, nor will this journey be. But I'm starting to get a confidence in and of itself that I will get better. Anyways, TRASHGang4Life❤️
