    for the instagram problem I have found it useful to not have the app on the phone but only go online on my laptop. its more mindful to me that way

      yes love that! I think that would also help me look at it as work rather than just constantly scrolling all the time too!

    Hallo Xanthe! Which breathwork video/audio do you use? I am curious. You asked about which kind of videos we fancy: I personally enjoy the ones that are about hosting or supper clubs, but I would also enjoy looking at your routine in the city vs. the countryside. I would love to see videos about life in Glenn Dye or Hawarden State. Soon I will move to the countryside and I am thinking of starting an Airbnb so these videos could be also very inspiring!

      hello!! I use the deliciously Ella app which is honestly amazing and has so many good things in it. Would recommend. and yes I love that, will make more videos when I'm in the countryside!!

    This year I've decided to delete Instagram and Facebook, for the same reasons as you! I also notice that I find Whatsapp really overwhelming, specifically group chats. And you are right most of the messages aren't urgent at all. I'm going to spend a lot of time exploring the topic on my channel as I feel really strongly that social media addiction and smartphones can be really harmful to our mental health if we aren't careful! I'm still learning too, so I'd love to hear about your further thoughts and experiences of it as a topic.
    I have used a lumie alarm for a couple of years now and using any other alarm clock just isn't the same anymore! SUch a game changer!!!

      well done you for deleting!! and yes you're right, WhatsApp can be super problematic for the phone addiction.. always feeling like you need to reply. I just turned off my "last seen at.." and I feel like that will change my guilt for needing to reply constantly! love the Lumi so much

    Ah, such a peculliar thing, to be so moved by a stranger’s character and beauty only through a screen. :)
    As many do, I’m filled with appreciation for your creative work and your sincerity in it. It simply makes so much sense to me.
    Not only should you know that it would really be a challenge for you to make a bad impression on anyone, but please hear that none of what you do is ever in vain. At least to me (but I know it’s shared), it’s an inspiration, an encouragement, an ode to life in a way. :)

    Journaling is v good. I find it hard to be disciplined. But the other day i didnt sleep well for 2 nights and the next evening i journaled and slept well.

    I love the vulnerability of this video. Several of your intentions are similar to mine - especially regarding negative self talk. I can be so bad at beating myself for SO many things. I’m trying my best this year to restructure my thinking about myself and practice some self compassion.

    Have you tried 12 week year planning? I'm finding it way easier to stick to my goals this way, ten could be overwhelming all at once!

      Yes! I mentioned the idea of that in the video which is something that’s definitely appealing :) definitely feels less overwhelming to do it that way!

    Hi, I am new to your channel. Greetings from USA, found your channel because I want to learn more about your country. I want to visit there and who better to learn about a place but through one of their citizens. Teach and educate me. I know tourists are the worst, not wanting to be one of them.

    You do seem hard on yourself. And things like staying off social media almost sets you up for that. If you use the phone too much you are then going to beat yourself up for not being perfect!
