I guess it's because hardly anyone has a car in Turkmenistan, the overall traffic there is maybe 10% of what you have in Canada, so those streets are almost empty.

ahh I missed it. Quiet streets, that beautiful screech of sparrows, that beautiful fresh air after the rain. Yes, it can be very hot, but in return it has super delicious fruits, from watermelon to peach. Meals are fruits that you cannot find very often in other parts of the world without GMO. Pilafs are somsa made from fatty and delicious meat. No matter what anyone says, another place from my beautiful land is not a land to me.
Its not US. You dont need that much parking because of good public transportation and there is no down town and houses out of city like in US. Every apartment has enough parking places.
