- We made it! our first time at Tokyo Disneyland.

The time has come for a new adventure into Tokyo Disneyland. this will be our first time entering this park and we are super excited.
We first jump on the Disney monorail which you have to pay for, we purchased a 4 day pass for our time here. as we boarded the Disney monorail it looked amazing from the Mickey mouse handrails and the windows all decorated for the 35th anniversary celebrations.
As we arrived at Tokyo Disneyland we were just completely stunned at how beautiful this theme park is from the Main street USA which is under a glass roof the only Disneyland park to have this. even seeing the castle which looks similar to Walt Disney Worlds one. we went around the Disney shops to check out what Tokyo Disney merch they had to offer and we were blown away with everything.
First we need to get our bearings at the park and head over to adventure land and go on the Jungle Cruise ride and boy were we surprised. most of it was the same like at other Disney Parks but as went inside the temple we were gobsmacked was such a great ride.
We also went into the Tiki room which has been hijacked by Stitch and reminded us on Stitches great escape but with the music from the Tiki.room is was really really good. Of course Dave couldn't hold back from trying all the amazing food and got himself a Churro 👍👍

I looked it up and I thought the churro was probably the Japanese Purple Sweet Potato but it was actually a special 35th Anniversary COTTON CANDY FLAVOR CHURRO!

Loving your Tokyo vlogs along with Tim and Jenn's! Did you see any Xmas ornaments in any of the shops at TDL? Going in 2020 and I love getting that for a souvenir.
There was a few but we only saw it at the pirates of the Carribbean shop

WDW also has devices for people who don't speak English. You get them at Guest Services.

Purchasing passes at Monorail. Did the machines take credit cards? You said "insert correct amount " meaning cash?
You can use credit cards in Disney area which we did use in the parks but we just wanted to use the currency as well as card but outside Disney use cash as most places don't accept cards

Did you get a chance to see the soap dispenser in the restroom? The soap dispenses out as Mickey Mouse when done correctly.

One thing I have learned over the years of being an Anime fan and one of Japanese culture is that the Japanese do everything cute! Even my Tokidoki nursing scrubs! I can't EVEN imagine what they can do with Disney!

How much did you end up spending all together? I am a huge Disney lover and after going to DLP in March with my boyfriend I would love to explore the other parks with him. Especially as this year I am going to university and therefore can’t see him as often which sucks. I just want to be able to see if I can get enough money to save up to be able to go xx

Thanks xx I think Disneyland is around the same size possibly a little bit bigger to paris. However Disney Sea is bigger than Walt Disney Studios :-)

If it taste " perfumy" & it's the color purple, I would venture to guess that was a lavender flavored churro!! you were eating...I don't care much for lavender flavored food as it taste too perfumy!!

Did we moan about it? DLP have some amazing features and rides. not to mention their incredible Halloween party. If we didn't like that place we wouldn't go :-)
