UModeler X - Unity - How to Make Hole in Mesh

I find it pretty odd that so many issues need to be cleaned up with such a simple boolean operation. I mean its two square holes in a square wall, there shouldnt be any clean up required D:

There have been a update since this video and actually some of the issues have been address. I will test this again to confirm.
