This game is one of my favorite games on the nes, however it's not street fighter it's originally called 2010....well it's 2010 and so far it still looks 1992 in the real world.
Planet 1 1:54
Planet 2 7:29
Plantt 3 13:12
Planet 4 19:11

Remember when the year 2010 represented "the future"?
19XX lol
Yep! I also remember in futuristic media back when surveillance and predator drones were depicted as evil and dystopic... 🤔
I remember playing this game as a kid. As hard as I tried, I always made a few mistakes that got me killed and sent back to the start. I don't remember the later stages, but the 2 beginning planets bosses and the music hit me like a wave of nostalgia.
Thanks for your upload. I finally saw the ending! And thank you for making me reminiscence 🙂
I wonder if Capcom ever envisioned Ken becoming a cyborg superhero 20 years after Street Fighter 2, fighting on alien planets against robots and reptilians????
its luke, hes captain commando
Remember 14 years ago when cyboplasm was as huge problem as fentanil?
Ah, I remember the good ol' days, playing this game on New Years of 2010. Life was so much simpler back then. All the way back then. In 2010.
Wow. That intro text story was utterly mental.
I always thought this game had the weirdest title. It had nothing to do with streetfighter that I knew and nothing to do with final fight that I knew lol
The funny thing is, when this game came out, I didn’t know anything about Street Fighter (I never saw Street Fighter I in an arcade), Ken, or even Final Fight, as I didn’t see that game in an arcade until later in 1990.
So when I experienced this game, it didn’t have any baggage. It took a while to get used to, but once I did, I loved the combat. Flipping over enemies, climbing up walls, throwing fireballs in circles to hit a guy clear across the room - it all felt quite fresh and amazing in 1990.
The story seemed cool, too. Sure, it’s a little generic, but it felt like Capcom was trying to keep up with Ninja Gaiden, and I thought it was an admirable effort at the time.
I think this game is still fun. It’s hard to believe they got so many moves out of two buttons and a d-pad, even today.
That title soundtrack is epic
Composed by Junko Tamiya, who was part of Capcom’s all-female sound team, which also included Harumi Fujita, Kumi Yamaga, Ayako Mori, Yoko Shimomura, Tamayo Kawamoto and Manami Matsumae.
Ahh yes...a classic portraying the futuristic year of 2010.
That cyboplasm epidemic really cleared up, huh?
Great memories of this game. Also on 9:20 - 9:23 , Whew! That was close. 😅
I still got this game

I remember renting this when I was like and was 9 years old and was like this aint no street fighter??? It ain't even got Ryu in it lol. I was mad the entire weekend
I've beat this game 2 times and I like it. The last level is ridiculously tough but with patience, you can beat it. I call it an underrated NES gem like Bucky O'Hare, Darkwing Duck or Felix the Cat.
Posted right around the time Slackanator completed his flawless run of the game. Coincidence? 🤔
Axiom Verge ripped this game's aeesthetic off wholesale.
Well 2010 happened and sadly it was nothing like this
Ahhh, the very first video game I ever played
I came here because of AVGN 😂
AVGN forgot his mail

Street fighter ? Where's Zangief?
Oh.
Wow, just watched the avgn episode this....
The game is solid, but damn difficult as it goes. In later stages you need to be on point or that time limit is going to screw you over. I would honestly call this a good game.
14:23 - 14:29 🥲
Ótimo jogo a maioria odeia pq a Capcom, meteu um Street Fighter e um Final Fight no nome do jogo.🤣
Finally, a game where you actually Fight on said Street
sf6 world tour mode, can fight anyone on the streets, literally walk up and dragon punch grandma
@@mastergwaha yeah, but this came first.
@@mastergwaha Yeah, along with literally *thousands* of games since the 1980's where you can do nearly and/or all of that.
