We are all children of Samrat Ashoka(Maurayan Empire).Akhand Bharat reflects that. HINDUSIM exited even before Islam came into existence.
Samrat Asoka's kingdom did not include South lndia. The south were not ruled by the Mourya dynasty, There was no lslamic onslaught on a large scale in South India, those areas which were adjacent to what we call the North were invaded by some muslim rulers it is true, but in deep south no islamic invation. That is the main reason for the survival of our Sanathana Dharma. The worst oppressed were the Northerners. When you Northerners talk about lndia, you mean only the north, hindi belt.
First understand that Hindi is not the official language of Hinduism, it is Sanscrit. The south lndian languages are very rich with sanskrit words. The hindi speaking people have distorted Sanscrit, for example you call it Sanathan dharm, actually it is SANATHANA DHARMA (in sancrit)
