This booty electrifier is a lot like the TENS Unit I use for pain relief. But a lot more expensive. A TENS unit costs about $35 on Amazon. I wire up any joint where I hurt and turn the system on. When I'm really hurting I can turn the unit up to max and it will interfere with my normal pain sensations to my brain. It honestly helps a lot. I've also had it used on my after surgery to a knee. The physical therapy version has a lot more juice. I had one session where the settings were off and it felt like carpentry nails jammed into me in a tiny circle.
Why not do both, as you working out in a combination? I think we need to use more power. I am useing professionals type that if you put it on max it potentially could cause you an injury. I use 50%. It makes you scream hard as if you given pregnancy like. Of course i am not using that for the ass.

We use electrical stimulation like this in upper limb therapy after stroke. The idea is to stimulate the muscles in order to remind the brain that they are there and to encourage recovery of arm movement. It's one of many different things therapists can use.
I use electrotherapy for radiculopathy/nerve damage! I have really bad neuropathy from the radiculopathy, I'm always tripping and falling or dropping things😂
I can imagine this is good for overall posture as well, most people's glutes become deactivated from sitting down all day and they get lower back pain, and this really helps you develop a mind-muscle connection and makes it active even when you're just chillin
There was a noticeable difference. I have never heard of this before, however I think that at my age, I am in my 60's, it would be worth it. Wow(!!!!) last month's video really went viral. I got that one suggested by RUclips and thats how I found you. I have since watched all of your previous videos, cause I thought you were very amusing and comedic. Your main channel videos are often very funny. You put a lot of work into them. I don't agree with your diet/exercise take-aways. I often don't think you are drawing the best conclusions. But I admire your general maturity in many other regards. I wish you had filmed more during your stay in South Korea.
(commenting this before watching the entire video) I suppose this thing can work since I know that some women use electric current things for their vaginas after having given birth, to help rebuild the muscles and stuff and they go to like a doctor to do it so I'm assuming it's been tested x3 (now I've seen the video) that change with a week of using it is rather impressive! Somehow that reaction of your muscles reacting on their own with the electric shock reminded me of when i was at physiotherapy and had electroshocks on my ankle and the guy told me "say stop when it hurts" and went on to blab about something and I said "stop" several times but he kept pushing up and talking. At some point, my toes were all crinkled up and my foot all straight like I was a ballerina doing the pointy thing and just goes "don't you have enough yet?" So every other patient sitting in the booths around me just screams "she said stop 5 times!" He was really sorry and lowered the intensity. 😂
Definitely got some gains there, would be interesting to see what would happen over the 6 weeks. But like you said, if you can just work out, you probably should. Not really sure how this would help your overall health in the long term. Although I can be lazy when it comes to workouts, I don't think that price tag makes me want to be that lazy! Thank you for this science filled video!

Hi there. New to the channel, loving your sense of humor :). As for the shorts, even without going to a gym, squats and targeted exercises can help achieve similar results (one needs to be careful and warm up and stretch not to pull a muscle or get injured), so personally i'd much rather go for that than getting the shorts, however i get the point of these maybe being useful in terms of injuries or to recover bloodflow to a certain group of muscles
I‘m a working single mom of two, I hate going to the gym, I‘m more of a Yoga-type of woman. But the actual problem is, that I don‘t always have the time for working out or doing Yoga, I‘m 45 almost 46 now and my muscles don‘t thank me if I‘m not keeping them busy. They just disappear in an instant - you’ll notice in 15-20 years yourself… 😏And having a stark scoliosis since my childhood I need strong stomach muscles. I have two of those electrostimulating torture machines, one for my abs, one for my butt. And I must say that if I use them regularly while cooking for the kids or doing the laundry, my physical health thanks me. And when this happens, my mental health also profits from that.

Omg I'm literally wearing those right now - was trying to find a video to watch because they recommend you stand up or lie down whilst wearing them and avoid sitting (there is an instruction manual you can download from the website, as I googled it when mine arrived without one!) I have a really intense job and don't have time to go to the gym as much as I'd like - and I spend a good part of the day sitting which was wrecking my muscles - I couldn't do squats anymore and I was really frustrated and unhappy in the gym because of it which meant I didnt want to go. However, these shorts have made such a difference - I've hit some PB's since I've had it, and I feel like it stops me losing my gains because I can't get to the gym and am chained to my desk during the week. This was extremely interesting. I use EMS devices as part of my physiotherapy and yes the pain can be insane. It worked well with exercise to recover from a shoulder injury, and it also helped with my back pain. I know shocking pain in the back to help relieve back pain sounds insane but it worked. It stimulated my muscles without the chance of injury. I have recently been trying it on my bad hit and the jury is still out. My cat thinks I'm insane to torture myself in my right hip, right groin, and my right bum cheek. This one has been the most painful of them all with the least results. For the record I did see an ad in this video, it popped up right after your Skillshare pitch.
I used to try a super cheap variation of this! Icyhot used to make TENS unit pads, I would get mine at walmart. it was like an icy hot patch with a little box you attatched to it, used to slap one on my stomach for a few days and I remember those little jolts getting to me too sometimes. though i doubt they were anywhere near as strong as these shorts. p.s. I had 2 ads on the video! you go girl!
The year is 2050. The outside air has become unsafe to breathe. You cover yourself in an EMS suit just so you can feel something. It doesn’t even give you endorphins but you feel the distant memory you being outside. Lol good stuff Ell. Finally gonna see what all this Skillshare buzz is about ❤️
For science! lol I did see an ad about midway thru the video btw! I used to get E-stim on my traps at the chiropractor. In that setting it's used to warm up the muscles, so your spine is more easily adjusted. I've seen it used at the physical therapist as well with patients who are recovering from having surgery. It is a little crazy to me that this technology is now being used for glute stim to increase size/ tone lol, but hey no judgements. Thank you for this purely scientific video! ^.^
I know the contents going to be good when I hear you say your are doing this for science.lol. Your videos are funny and informative. Thank you for you doing you boo

I love that you style yourself a plant serial killer! I’ve just always said that I have a black thumb. Try aloe Vera, it is the only houseplant I can’t kill. I think your science experiment was interesting. Love your content as always!
I’m schizophrenic which actually comes with the gift of random weakness to the entire body where I just physically start to crumble my joints pop out of place etc and my ems torture devices always make me feel better because I force my body to wake up. I thank God for this technology otherwise at 28 I’d be a vegetable had I allowed it. Your review was amazing and yes there was an ad. Thank you for bringing light to who was in mind when these devices were first invented for , not everyone has the same health conditions to workout regularly but it doesn’t mean we don’t get to participate in the body fitness game.
Just finished watching. Fun video. And for people like me who experience fatigue, where working out just is not what I can do on a normal day, its not a bad peoduct 😄though I could ise a full body suite of it 😅😂
Omg now I want those!!! For almost 20 yrs I've been doing everything I can think of including at one pt, about 100 squats a day for months, to life my butt or make it bigger etc cuz it's just like two lumpy bags of fat even when I was 110 lbs. I just recently bought something similar 4 my abs but they were only $14 & I felt the electrocution u r describing but I didn't notice any difference and in my 20s I was able to get a 4 pack after working out wit crunches & wat not after a cpl months. I dunno if it was just a cheap one and that's why it didn't work but I think maybe I'll spend more next time & try again. I am 40 now so it may just be that everything is more difficult body-wise but I HATE going to the gym 4 many reasons including agoraphobia & also I've had paradoxical vocal cord dysfunction since I was 15 & it's brought on by aerobic exercise or anxiety & it makes my vocal cords snap shut over my windpipe & I can't breath so I rly can't just do regular exercising, I have no idea wat the endorfins feel like cuz the last time I could exercise & still breath I was probably 12-13 which is when I quit dance, gymnastics and horseback riding. I also happen to take meds that cause muscle weakness so I could lift light weights for months and months & never get any stronger. My body basically hates me & likes to ruin my life. My mind too. I have 4 mental illnesses + ADHD so that kinda ruined my life more. I'm gonna die alone with cats and no money...sooner than later since in the USA the attitude is "screw u if u can't work, maybe if we feel like it we will give u a few hundred a month 4 disability after making u jump thru hoops 4 two yrs" but they deny 90% who apply & the max amt they give wouldn't last me a wk. I live in the 3rd most expensive state. It's like if I lived 5 mi outside London I assume thatd be pretty expensive. I wish I lived in a civilized country instead of a place where earning 2x the min wage still isn't enough 2 live on or even rent a studio flat (just a room wit a kitchen & bathrm but no bedrm). I don't know how this comment got so off course I'm sorry lol
I didn’t know these existed, but now I’m totally interested in this! I do a minimum of 30 minutes of running/body weight strength training a day. I carry my muscle/weight in my thighs, and when I try to grow my bum, my thighs grow as well. Plus all the bum only workouts I see online seem to need gym equipment, which I don’t have easy access too. I wonder if using this in addition to my current routine would get more ideal results from an aesthetic perspective?
There are exercises that isolate the muscles, even the butt. Like bulgarian split squat, hip thrust, hip abduction, leg extension, RDL. But if you carry most of your fat on your tights and not much on your butt, it may take a while to show, unless the person is also losing weight.

My cat thinks I'm insane to torture myself in my right hip, right groin, and my right bum cheek. This one has been the most painful of them all with the least results. For the record I did see an ad in this video, it popped up right after your Skillshare pitch.
Great video as usual!
I'm surprised you had results like that in only a week. I would love to see the results after 6 weeks.
Round 2, hope you're making bank this time! You deserve it ❤
The year is 2050. The outside air has become unsafe to breathe. You cover yourself in an EMS suit just so you can feel something. It doesn’t even give you endorphins but you feel the distant memory you being outside.
Lol good stuff Ell. Finally gonna see what all this Skillshare buzz is about ❤️
hahahahahah imagine (plz tell me which classes you try!!)
Sad to hear this got demonitized but thanks for all the hard work!
I know the contents going to be good when I hear you say your are doing this for science.lol. Your videos are funny and informative. Thank you for you doing you boo
Saw multiple adds lol 😂 some very interestingly timed

Wow--I'm actually amazed that there were visible results after only a week. Loved all of your comments on living healthy and loving the bodies that we have!
An amazing video, as always!

Seen a couple of ads! Glad you are getting paid for this
Can't wait to see your next video x
Saw Ads! Right after you talked about it 😂 Greets from Germany ♥️
Definitely continue for the full six weeks!
Definitely saw at least one ad during this video, one directly after your plea to be notified if there were ads!!
I love that you style yourself a plant serial killer! I’ve just always said that I have a black thumb. Try aloe Vera, it is the only houseplant I can’t kill. I think your science experiment was interesting. Love your content as always!
You sat down while using that? No way! I would have been flat on my stomach laying on the couch, floor or bed for the entire 30 minutes! LOL 😂
Noticeably difference wow, am impressed
Electric shock on the body can be therapeutic. Shocking for gains does seem uncessarily uncomfortable.
I got some ads! Watching this while battling insomnia. Perfect content 👌 for 4am
OMG. You are very brave! ❤️❤️❤️
Right as she said ‘tell me if you get an add’ I got an ad
Just finished watching. Fun video. And for people like me who experience fatigue, where working out just is not what I can do on a normal day, its not a bad peoduct 😄though I could ise a full body suite of it 😅😂

You’re cats are the best’est. Also you convinced me. I did indeed click the link in the description.
Very surprised at the change in one week! I’m wondering of those will be temporary? Great video as always:)
I think they might be! Like I said I felt quite swollen so I think I’m a week or so I’ll be back to my flat booty glory
I was so certain that you were gonna say “You do you boo” at the end 😄
wow i literally got an ad ~right~ after you were talking about hoping this was monetized
I love these videos!! 😍
I watched this JUST for your commentary!!!😭😭♥️♥️♥️ like I’m following you just cause I wish we were friends 😂😂
Enjoyed the video xx
