    I was facing issues for setting up the path..how to set up a path of a hot folder?the absolute path is not working for me

      Hello, thank you for watching our video. There's a few important things to remember when setting up the Hot Folder. The first one is that you'll want to make sure it's Shared, and that ABBYY has permissions to this folder (if you can't find ABBYY or it still doesn't work, try "Everyone" to see if that allows permissions. If it does, then chances the correct "ABBYY" still didn't have permissions). Once you have created the share, grab the Shared path from the properties window. ABBYY has a "Browse" option, but it some times doesn't work the best, so it's best just to copy that path from the actual folder properties. Once you've done that and finished setting up your other Hot Folder settings, be sure that you've enabled the Hot Folder in the Admin and Monitoring Console. Until you do, ABBYY will not go and check that folder.
      Hopefully this helps. If you're still having issues and you've double checked the permissions, path, and that Hot Folders is turned on, it may be best to have someone look at your settings with you. We do offer consulting services and would be more than happy to assist. If you're interested, you can reach out to us on our website: www.ufcinc.com/contacts/

    How do i edit back the settings for Hot folder, ex: duration for folder creation etc

    • @Ufcinc
      @Ufcinc  2 года назад

      Hello, thank you for watching our video and I apologize for the delayed response. Hot Folder settings can be found in the Project Setup Station (if you have Distributed version) under the Project tab, then Image Import Profiles. You should see your Hot Folder connection there. If you click it and then select "Edit", you'll be able to adjust the settings for that Hot Folder. Hope this helps. If not, or you have have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

    After file s in Processed folder where can I see it in Felxicapture tool and make a video on Doc definition + hotfolder+ batches+export altogether

    • @Ufcinc
      @Ufcinc  3 года назад

      Hello, thank you for watching our video. I apologize for the delayed response. Can you please clarify what you're asking? After a task is closed, it typically is moved to the "Processed" queue in ABBYY FlexiCapture unless a new stage was added to the Workflow. In the Verification Station, you can see this queue by selecting the "View" tab at the top and selecting "Batches" (You can also click "Ctrl + B" to open Batch view). Once in batch view, batches are typically filtered by "All batches except processed". Select the dropdown for the filter and select "Batches on stages...". In the new window, select "Processed". You can now see the batches that have been processed. The batches will stay in the Processed queue for 14 days and then they will be deleted from ABBYY. This time limit can be changed, but since ABBYY wasn't designed for document retention, we don't recommend extending that time too much.
      Hopefully this answered your question. If not, or you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.

    Hi, thank you for your helpful content, but I have one question.
    I am processing RPA with Abbyyflexicapture and I have to arrange the extracted data in Confidence level order.
    Is there a way to extract the confidence Level to the field data or filename?

    Hi,Thank you very much as your videos are helpful to learn but i have few doubts
    What are all the languages supported by flexicapture studio? and can i select multiple language (eg: Eng+arabic) for the same doc?
    Thank you again.

      Hello, thank you for watching our video. You can find the list of all the languages supported in FlexiLayout Studio here: help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/flexilayout_studio/suported_languages .
      Yes, you can select multiple languages for the same doc. To do this in FlexiLayout Studio, select the FlexiLayout tab at the top, then select Properties. In the General tab you should see a "Pre-Recognition" section in the middle. Select the "..." and then select the languages you would like to be included in pre-recognition. You'll also want to make sure that FlexiCapture will recognize those same languages once you load the FlexiLayout into it. You can either include these languages in either a specific document definition or the the entire project (or both). To do this, go into the respective Properties window, select the Recognition tab, and then select the "..." next to the language field.
      Hope you found this helpful. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
