I was at my bf’s house and he sufferes from really bad snoring and sleep apnea. One night it was so bad it was either try to find something that will work or go to the couch and sleep. It sounded like a war in himself with the snoring and then he stopped breathing a couple times. I found this and you guys I swear by it. With in I’d say 2 mins I could tell that his snoring decreasing till he was sleeping peacefully. Breathing peacefully. It was an answer from god y’all because I was sooooo tired and couldn’t sleep. I myself do snore to but I know it’s not like his and I do suffer from sleep apnea. I have been using this and instead of waking up 2-4s a night every night I’ve been sleeping through the night. I feel so well rested and just plain better.. thank you thank you… I have sent this video to everyone that I know suffers from this. Thank you again.

They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you dont feel alone anymore. I was diagnosed with Lung and bone cancer a few weeks ago, I’m having fluid build up so can struggle breathing steadily. Had fluid drained last week and it’s been a little better , but I’m finding as I start to drift to sleep I wake gasping for air. I have another issue that I have a cochlear ear implant so when I remove this at night I’m totally deaf, daft as it sounds I need to hear myself breathing.. so last night left my cochlear on and I played this , it took around 20 minutes and I fell asleep at around 10pm , woke at 1am to pay the loo a visit. Back to sleep around 1.30 am , didn’t wake until 8am.. it was great , the implant means only I hear the sounds. So my wife also had a peaceful nights sleep as she wasn’t waking every time I did.. ❤️

I'm really fascinated by this sound track, it's been working, now on third day trying it. I thought sleep apnea was caused by the throat over relaxing, but as I get into a deep relation with this track my throat doesn't seem to collapse as much. What kind of conclusions can I make from this? I've been looking for answers for so long.

Check you don't have a deviated septum or large adenoids. The blockage could be in your sinuses. It could also be from your jaw relaxing and putting your tongue in a weird position. There are snoring mouth guards/retainers that help with that. It could also be sleep position, like you're sometimes accidentally strangling yourself because you fell asleep with your arms over your neck

This helped me so much when I went on holiday with my dad and we shared a room. Before I found this video I'd be up at 3am, unable to go back to sleep, and I'd just go out of the balcony, put my feet up on the ledge and play on my phone. If I was really tired still I'd just go out there without my phone and go to sleep. The island we were staying on was warm enough at night that it was pretty much A-ok to fall asleep outside. Soon as I started listening to this on my phone through earphones, it completely drowned out his snoring and I slept like a log. Just listening to it now at 4 in the afternoon is making me kinda wobbly, and I've only been awake for about 6 hours xD

I don't want him to have yet another worry. Sleep apnea is bad enough. I was desperate so I put this on and fell asleep. I got up at about 330 bc I had to pee and he was just breathing peacefully. Then I forgot to plug my phone in and it died shortly after 5am. it's 523am right now. Guess what he's doing? snoring. So it must have been working. Thank God bc I can hear him through the expensive earbuds he got me.

Everyone on this page with Sleep Apnea, maybe best to see this as an added bonus but not alternative to medical treatment (if it is 'moderate' or 'severe' at least). CPAP machines are a pain... but man they work well, worth any amount of money or hassle - once you get CPAP treatment working well, it's absolutely life changing. Sleep apnea can actually be deadly, so please see a sleep specialist folks!

A Bi-Pap machine may also work if you cant tolerate the C-Pap. It pauses by temporarily reducing pressure to let you breath out & helps you recover quicker if you stop breathing from Central Sleep Apnea which is caused by the brain not telling you to keep breathing. Hopefully they find a Healing Tone that heals the part of the brain that needs it to keep you breathing.

I have apnea that didn’t come from snoring but instead , from central nervous system issues.. I use frequencies every night and have a broad understanding, medically as to how they work to stimulate endogenous chemicals and to affect neurotransmitters , stimulate or activate & produce brainwaves necessary to experience whichever desired effect, depending on the body’s own levels and production etc, to determine whether they’ll Induce & produce effects in one person to the next , etc and very familiar with the various methods to use .... however , while there is a direct physiological component to these frequencies being able to “ work “ for ppl , bc of apnea being created either by way of central nervous system having malfunctions and not communicating with the brain to tell the patient to breathe and apnea being also possible among those who snore either due to allergies or obesity and at times , sleep position , not allowing for proper breathing , where I would recommend frequencies for patients any day and time and use them often , myself , I honestly have not seen any evidence to support actual medical benefit for use of frequencies for apnea ... as it’s not occuring due to Imbalance of chemicals , in case of apnea due to snoring , which would involve receptors in the brain and neurotransmitters somehow operating at a slightly off frequency ... so while I can get behind many of the various frequencies and uses , this just is one that medically I wouldn’t stand behind. , now I will research further into it and update to reflect that ... but forgive me if I happen to be wrong , as one can be in the medical profession , have a wealth of knowledge of the human body and it’s condition and how to diagnose and treat patients all day long and still miss something or still have room to learn something. So while I can’t fully discount this as being useful for curing or relieving apnea , I will say as of right now ? I don’t agree with this saying it’s beneficial for apnea ... and I would encourage anyone who does experience apnea to receive care with a neurologist that also deals with sleep disorders and ask for a sleep study if you’ve not had tests run to study your apnea or snoring ... and wouldn’t suggest anyone ( like.i said , until I find any medical literature and research publications and speak to a few colleagues on the subject and I’ll change my post if I find any Benefits there ) but Wouldn’t encourage any patients with apnea or who snore to simply rely on this particular method as a form of treatment or managing symptoms .. while endogenous frequencies work for so many conditions and so many desired objectives surrounding mediation and altering energy and the frequencies the body can produce , no offense but so many people will claim in videos tht their content does a variety of things and for wishful thinking , ppl buy into it and perhaps there’s st times a small percentage that is able to feel some sort of placebo effect , as to many of the vids out there that promote the typical music along with frequencies, many don’t include the correct frequencies or methods of delivery ( whether it’s binaural truly or isochronic etc ) and they’ll call whatever video they want a source of healing or treatment for or whichever avenue to induce or achieve this or that , but not everything truly is legit genuine or beneficial for those things they’ll put in the title and description. Many ppl wanna attach a metaphysical or supernatural element to what is actually in these type vids , by way of frequencies, a physiological medical form of therapy , even if it’s not a medicinal treatment, rather a natural form of .,. And we can’t just always go by what is promoted on RUclips .. it’s got some nice warm sounds and I appreciate the lower toned frequencies and slow melodic rises and falls & swells in dynamics and appreciate that it doesn’t incorporate too startling of sounds with high pitch instrumental runs that can cause alertness and anxiety , so for that I’m appreciative of the effort and the color Visual is nice as well.

I can sleep. But wake up several times a night. To pee lol.. but I've been told that I stop breathing sometimes for a matter of seconds. Plus snore loudly. I'm sooo exhausted every single day. I can't afford a sleep study. No insurance. So I'm left to my own to try to help myself!! 😞 I also wake up with headaches every day. I've been told that is from sleep apnea causing lack of oxygen to the brain. That's scary.. but I've lived this way many years!! I'm not sure what to do. I do have depression and anxiety as well. So don't know if it's from the apnea, or all combined.. my GP. Doesn't know how to help anyone been on antidepressants and anxiety meds 10 years. Ahh ..... 😞

Melissa G> I have the same problems, lol! I think if I could just sleep deeply, I wouldn't wake up to pee so much, but right now, it goes with the territory. I can't afford a sleep study either, but when I tried a cpap 10 years or so ago, it didn't work for me - I have restless legs syndrome and I move around too much. I've gained weight now and it's worse, plus I've been getting those darn headaches for awhile. Been having trouble with my BP too; did some research and found out the lack of oxygen could be causing the high BP, which is causing the headaches, and the sleep apnea could be contributing to my weight gain...a vicious circle! AND, it worsens depression.
Some things I'm trying that all help some: Got an inexpensive adjustable bed with a temperpedic-like mattress, and elevating my head and torso. Also, running an ionizing air purifier for awhile before bed, and especially OPENING THE WINDOW (lol) for some fresh air every couple days helps (I'm going to get some plants that give off oxygen at night for the bedroom too). What's helped the most, though, are the sound frequency recordings; this one, of course, but also shorter ones before bed: frequency fatigue (I sit in front of a computer 14 hrs a day and live in an apt building, swimming in wifi), oxygenation, and hypertension....they seem to make a difference. I went off sleep meds a couple of months ago and now use herbal supplements and sometimes essential oils; I also have allergies, so I've started using some nasal spray before bed. Trying to lose weight, too, which should help - using frequency recordings for that too...this will probably help the most. My BP is better using the sound videos, even with everything else going on. You just need to try stuff and see what works, but DO take it seriously - I didn't for a long time, and now in my 60s, I just can't take the risk of ignoring it. Saw something new I'm going to try, though...a special pillow that adjusts inflation to changes in breathing; it's about $300, much cheaper than a cpap or sleep study, so I think it's worth a try.

I will help you to first stop the medicines.. see you have to stop medicine by lowering all the medicines wiithin 1 month and then end.. like take half the dose for 15 days and quarter for next fifteen days and yes dont mastrubate or have sex within this time or you will feel withdrawl effects more.. after 1 month is over stop the medicine.. and then again for 1 month dont mastrubate or have sex..and after that you are out of medicines..

Sometimes is worse than others but at times my body feels numb and I panic This started after getting addicted to pain pills from a few spine surgeries. Im afraid to sleep and my entire life is falling apart. I welcome help from anyone who knows what I can do. Thank you all ❤

Hi. Sleep apnea (google it), CPap machine. Weight loss (if you need to), regular light exercise (walking if you can). Also, if you have access to health insurance, you can call your insurance company and ask for sleep clinic in your area. Or your primary care doctor will refer you to one. It’s just an overnight sleep study where they monitor you while you sleep to test how severe your apnea is. Best to you. If you struggle with addiction, M.A.T clinic in your area can assist with medically tapering off meds.

If you snore or sleep apnea your most likely overweight right? Your muscles in your upper body are needing stronger, strength training! Also posture! And tongue /throat exercises. Then diet. 🍷 Do you eat unhealthy? Why? Do throat exercises.
    Lion 🦁 breathing? Licking a star ⭐️
You can make positive changes. And should for your heart ♥️ health, longer life.

Judy Hakala yes overweight people tend to develop sleep apnea but I was 6'4 and 185lbs. when diagnosed. It had nothing to do with my weight. It is hereditary. I am the 3rd generation of extremely loud scorers. I am going to give this a try as I have been on Cpap for approx. 25 years and would love to toss that machine over a cliff and move my wife of 26 years back into our bed.

But majority of people are overweight that that these. And also it’s there many people with food “sensitivity” Like celiacs, and other? Lastly why- why are there so very many people with these issues?? Makes you wonder?? How food is processed and how earth has been damaged, and overly processed has to be factors??
