It's Kajiurago, and most of Yuki Kajiura's music has them. I recommend checking out FictionJunction and Kalafina's works (especially the lives, their live performances are somehow much better than their studio releases), if you liked that part I'm sure you'll love their music.
If you want something that sounds similar, I'd recommend "Into the Water" by Kalafina. It has a different vibe, but you might like it.

I love so much how this song makes me feel good and cheers me up without having any depressing undertone even though it conveys a hint of sadness but beautifully. I love the well composed sounds that elicits strong positive emotions without being like those other songs that tries to be very obsessively emotional and leave you feeling sad when you listen to it. This song is perfect they spent a lot of time working on it and it shows by being light and powerful, especially when it goes perfectly with the theme of this series
