Chronologically, I think this was the last or second to last of the six Halo anime intros I made and I was running low on actual Halo Legends content, so I expanded my scope to include anything cartoon animated that either was Halo related or looked like it would fit the universe. In OP 5, I think, I use a shot from the old anime film, “Akira” because it looks exactly like the scene from Halo 2 where there’s a slip space rupture inside New Mombasa. So I definitely expanded the scope of what counted as “Halo Legends” content, and I remembered that RvB short from years ago. The question is, did it help the video or was it a distraction?
