Mate - you’ve never boxed, there’s no build on the event other than your name. There’s no angst, aggro, story. Joes the only one with a name on the scene. I get the commitment it takes, but if that’s the issue, that the money shouldn’t matter. You either want to fight or you don’t.

A bit disappointing how after so much talk about how he’d have Joe, the fight could fall through due to greed. Ethan always struck me as passionate about boxing and yes your bag from the fight might not equate to what you normally earn for the amount of time, but you do make more than enough in those other places to be able to have the opportunity to take on these additional ventures that you want to try. Perhaps approach the situation with more gratitude that you actually have the ability to financially support your family and be able to take part in such incredible opportunities - it’s not JUST about securing the bag
Maybe don't put so much value into something that was never guaranteed... Yes there is a large amount of greed in squeezing out as much money as possible but he has the ability to do that because of his position. If he doesn't sign it's pretty evident this opportunity (that's not really going away) isn't so important to him that it justifies time away from friends and family. If he is going to make the promotion a load of money and potentially make the other people on the card more popular, leveraging that worth makes sense...

He’s got a child and a partner to think about and dedicating that much time and changing up your complete diet and lifestyle AND keeping up with Sidemen Vids, Side+ and anything else he does behind the scenes that we don’t know about. He’d need a substantial offer on the table to make those sacrifices worth it 🤷🏻♂️
