Meet Kalila, a Senior User Experience Designer working with Comcast's Product Design & User Experience team. Kalila rolls into work every day ready to enhance the customer experience across multiple platforms. Her team defines customer touchpoints from the point of sale all the way past installation. They rework and tweak as they go in order to make sure Comcast's products and services are well designed, easy to use, and fun. The Product Design & UX team utilizes an in-house research lab to observe actual users from all different backgrounds to discover the needs of the Comcast customer. In 2014, Kalila and team took home an Emmy for their work on the X1 user interface, a revolutionary entertainment platform that is changing the way we watch television.
