You don't even know what a nationwide arrest warrant is or how it works. Example if I have a warrant in Texas and I get pulled over for speeding in any other state. The police in that state will not know I have a warrant because that warrant is only for Texas. Nationwide means if you get pulled over in any other state when they run your name it will show that you have a warrant to them so then the police in that state can arrest you and have you transferred back to the state with the warrant. It has nothing to do with being a dangerous person or not.
