Hey man great Video keep them coming, glad the miscalculation was pointed out to you, I found it too, it's easy to miss something when putting these things together, can't wait for the ABCD video
Finally cant wait for your video like this. Im so interested especially in your last video about breeding. Im kinda new and want to learn from you. Thanks for this free info.
hi Sir, many thanks for your sharing, i bought 3 axies with breed count with 3~5, is it worth to breed it or just recommend to buy another 3 axies with breed count with 0 to make the money better? i want to join this breeding loop instead of just selling the slp each month, thanks!
Hey, It might be worth putting a 4th breed onto 2 of them, you would have to do the math. But After that is usually cost more to breed then what you can sell the offspring for. And you are also devaluing the parents with each breed. I would recommend getting some 0 breed axies to start a loop
Is F33 right? It's =(F9+F9+F10+F10)-(F32*5*B4). F9 and F10 already accounts for the AXS required to breed. F33 doubles that to 8. I think the AXS Cost column should be 1 all throughout. Thoughts?
Appreciate all the effort you spend replying to the community. My question is this. I've created a 0 breed, 99% pure HotButt-Cactus-Pumpkin-Serious Plant , which is almost entirely pure as well as having almost full stats (e.g pumpkin-pumpkin-pumpkin) for the attacking cards. Got very lucky there - this is my Gen 0/1 plant. My question is whether I should sell this plant (which can fetch over 3X the floor price of 0 breed Pure Plant Axies. The lowest price currently on the marketplace for similar stats is listed over 1 ETH). Or should I be using it for breeding? I'm not sure if I use it for breeding I'll ever get children of similar stats because my other 0 breed plant is 97% pure - so the children may never fetch the same value as my current pure breed. And even if you breed two 100% together the chances of getting another pure one is less than 50%. What would your advice be for such situations?
If you can get 1+ ETH for it I would sell it in your shoes. You can easily buy another 97% to keep breeding with from the profits. If I get 100% I definitely sell it, with 99% I would sell it if the price is high and it sounds like it is right now from your comparison
Howdy! I wanted to run a question by you if you have time. I'm late to the party and looking for a good tank, but everything with a pumpkin on it is 400+ USD. If I could find a plant axie with at least vegetable bite and prickly trap, lets say carrot hammer if the stars align, and something like slippery shield instead of pumpkin, do you think it would be worth picking up if its at least 100 USD under the lowest pumpkin axie? Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon sir
I think so. The point of pumpkin is to have a high shield card. The drawing a card is a bonus sometime. Another high defense card on his back is a great way to save money. Reptile cards are the first best alterative IMO because they give +3 HP like plant cards. Bug and aqua cards are also okay +1 HP. You can also swap out prickly cactus for a different high damage card to save money if you want
Use at your own risk haha, but you can download and take a look at all the formulas in excel. It does account for loss of value in the parents from each generations, but I did not include the sale of Gen 1-3 in the revenue
i dont know if this question is silly, but do you have a team to sell good for farming slp? i would be interested in getting a team from you if i cant get a scholarship. thank you.
Do you think you can make a video talking about the best cards to look for each type of axie? What are great combinations? And maybe rank them? I know is quite a lot to ask for, but it would be brilliant if you could help us noobies on that xD thank tou so much for the great information!!
Often yes, but I decide on a case to case basis. Sometimes it is good to sell them off and get new ones to breed, or try the parents again. Or sell them all and start a new chain.
For me this is not the best time to invest in Axie. When we look a little bit on the side we can notice that Chumbi Valley whose token was released 3 days ago solves the problem we can have with the scholarship (scholar playing in multicount), I advise you to inquire the stacking will come out before 2022 with surely big multipliers at the beginning.
Hey man! I have a question that doesn't seem to have been answered anywhere and was hoping you could advise: Lets say I buy 3 breeders, all with the exact same D, R1, and R2 genes with the moves we want, and start breeding. At some point down the line, the offspring will start to have a couple of undesirable R2, or even R1 genes. Would you continue to breed these axies, and risk the offspring's genes becoming increasingly garbled, or would you buy new breeders to "revitalise" the breeding loop? Thanks so much!!
I usually keep going until the purity gets below 90-94% it depends how risky I am feeling and what the profit margins are like. I often revitalize the breeding loop as well, especially if I get a bad mutation. Sometimes you breed and end up with more pure axies though, that has happened to me also.
Nice video. Could you do a small guide on the best way to just farm SLP? Like, instead of breeding, let's say I wanted to just focus on doing the dailies and get the 150 SLP, so I'd have a relatively low investment and a quicker ROI compared to breeding but less profit in the long term.
Does the "buying SLP" in the calculator include the various (currently non-trivial) fees involved in buying the SLP and transferring it to the Ronin wallet? What is the best way to estimate that and/or are there no fee or minimal fee ways to buy the SLP for breeding?
I have 1 concern. All videos breeding showing card have lvl 1. It's mean those axie's are not engage in play (adventure or arena). Why? If I breed them with higher lvl children will always have lvl1? and this is no matter or lvl of cards have much higher value / lower value and is not show in videos.
@@Web3Wesley hey sorry quick question: Is it ok to play adventure mode (and have em level up) with my three Axies I would use for breeding? Or do the breeding Axies need to be always at level 1 for better offspring results?
Hey thanks a ton for this video! If I'm wanting to do a double aqua build, and following your tutorial on setting up a backliner and midliner, will it really hurt me to forgo "as similar as possible"? For example, rn I'm looking at a midliner that has Goldfish, Risky Fish, Babylonia, and Nimo. Then the backliner has Goldfish, Risky Fish, Teal Shell, and Koi. It seems like Teal Shell wouldn't be very good for a backliner but the goal would just be to have a breeding pair that is also decently playable. The backliner has "Shoal Star" as it's R1 and R2 and the midliner has "Oranda" as it's R1. So when I ran 10 simulations I did get lucky with one of each. Also, I'd be holding off on getting my third Aqua, so then I'd be able to match my third aqua to the generation 2s (if either end up with good genetics). Just curious what your approach would be when trying to simultaneously begin using Aquas for breeding and a double aqua build.
Sounds good to me. If you forgo "as similar as possible" you only loss a little bit of value on the offspring, not much. It is very common to mix to pure aquas with different genes.
No. It is still more profitable to breed. (I have a calculator for this.) But that is assuming that everything stays the same for 5 days. Axie prices could of course drop before you get to sell the offspring
Given the jump in AXS prices, is it still profitable to breed right now? I will try your breeding cost tool btw, just needed a quick answer right now. Had Axie on my mind for the past few days..Say i were to follow your 3 axie infinite loop model.. thanks for the topnotch content btw.
With the mutation rate at what it is, how do you prevent your breeding chain's purity from degrading over a few generations? I recently started breeding plants around 95% and am concerned that I will have to clear house so frequently that my returns will barely be able to keep up. Do you ever experience this or am I overestimating the rate of purity decline?
not sure myself, still learning, but seems likely you can breed more times with the purer axies until they produce 2 pure children that can continue the line, then keep doing that. not sure what's most profitable though. perhaps it's also better to start with very high purity like 97-99%
Like k14pc said I sometimes put an extra breed on the parents and use the best offspring to breed, but I sometimes sell a bad axie and replace it with a new one. In the short term it is not a big problem, but in the long term you have to make adjustments to the chain a lot. The unfortunate thing is it is all probability and luck based, so sometimes mutations and your luck are really bad.
@@Web3Wesley I appreciate the response. It sounds like replacing a bad axie earlier than later is key to keep it from spoiling the whole bloodline. I will strive to do that, as well as aim for parents with higher purity (97-99%) once I build up some additional capital.
Love your content. Great job! What's the difference between R1 and R2? I didn't know about genes and ended up buying a 6/6 Breed 0 Axie with 85% purity. It's my first Axie and I do have more ETH to buy others, but not sure if worth the risk to breed this one or if it's better to sell and start over. Any insight would be much appreciated! thank you very much!
R1 genes have 9.375% chance to be passed to an offspring, and R1 have 3.125% chance. My advice might be obvious haha, but I would say avoid taking a loss if you can. 85% purity can still work for breeding, but higher is better. You can run the simulations in Axie Zone and do some calculations to see if it is profitable to breed. Look at what the offspring can sell for and consider the loss of value to the parent if you breed it. Or you can always try to sell the axie you bought for a small profit. List it for 0.242 ish ETH (So you don't lose the 4.25% sale fee) leave for a day or two and see what happens. You can still battle with it during this time.
Do you have to keep refreshing the page while you wait to keep track at where the price is at ? or does it change accordingly ..I had a few pages open but the prices didnt change after 3 hours and when i refreshed they were already sold 😢😢👶
@@Web3Wesley Thanks friend , i noticed this lunacian guy is always buying up all the best cheap axies its really making it hard for some of us to get our foot in the door , anyways ill keep trying
do you think there will be some dip soon? I missed few days ago oppurtunity to buy some "cheaper" Axies to beed. Its quite expensive and i want to try out.
Is it possible to start a farm like this while also will be the first three axies of a person? Say i pick aqua to start a farm. Would 3 aquas with similar genes be sufficient to also be used as a team to farm slp?
Would you be happy to guide me in getting started in breeding? If you have any recommendations for scholars who you can trust, that would also be great!
Thank you very much for this great video! Lost my job in pandemic and hoping to get some money through playing and breeding Axis. You video is so useful and would love some feedback on my team (pros and cons) and which of these three would be good for breeding using the looping method you so well explained. Curious if my Aqua (which doesn’t have the usual cards I see in most Aqua videos) would be good for breeding as a Tank or mid player? Appreciate any feedback I can get!! My Team all has: 6 pure - above 95% - 0 breeds Plant: Pumpkin, Serious, Rose Bud and Hot butt Aqua (mid player): LAM, Nimo, Aquaponics and Aqua Vitality Beast: Ronan, Imp, Nut Cracker and Nut Throw
That sounds like a really solid build. The important thing for Anemone is to have both regen parts, which you have. And pairing it with nimo as your midliner is a good role. I would say any of those would be great candidates for breeding.
Eventually You may want to sell all your axies and start the chain again, but it will profitable for quiet some time before you need to do that. You can always sell one of the offspring as well and buy a replacement if it got really bad mutations
Nice video! So I have a question unrelated to breeding... My cousin and I are wanting to set up a scholarship and use the same Ronin wallet and seed phrase to be able to have access to all of the accounts. But I just ran into a problem where I created a new Ronin account with my seed phrase but when I logged into a new PC that new account I made was gone. Any idea how to transfer over that account I made on a different PC to the other PC? Or is there not a way?
To be honest I have not done it myself, but there should be a way to move the ronin wallet to a new computer with the seed phrases. Do you need to transfer the wallet to a new PC? You can have your wallet on a different PC than the one you play the game on if that makes sense.
@@Web3Wesley Yes, I knew I was able to transfer my Ronin wallet between different PCs, but thought my accounts I created would transfer over too. I ended up figuring out that they do, you just have to recreate them and once you do the Ronin address will be the same for however many accounts you created. So if I create 2 new accounts on one PC and then log into another PC, I'd have to hit create account twice and both of them should have identical addresses as the first 2 I created on the other PC.
Essentially that is the min and max value you think you can sell your axies at. What do you plan to breed? Look in the marketplace and see what those sell for once they have 2/3/4 breeds on them because you will sell them after breeding. What is the price if you get the perfect axie? and what is the price if you get a bad gene? The breeding cost is for 2 breeds, the first breed is the 0/7 cost, once for each parent. and the 1/7 is the second time you breed those same parents
Hard to say, sometimes rare axies will not sell if the move set is not good for battle. You can always list it for a very high price like 5 ETH and leave it for a few weeks to see what happens. Or you can auction it and let the market decide what to pay if you are in a rush to sell it.
I start out very pure and eventually I will sell an axie or two and replace them. Keep in mind sometimes you end up with good mutations, this has happened to me a few times. And everything is rng so sometimes you can end up with more pure offspring. This has happened to me too
You can, but it might not be much cheaper depending. If you were to do that I would recommend plants or aquas. Because getting 5 wins in areana will be viable.
@@Web3Wesley thats very interesting aspect no one talks about. not even mentioned once. so instead of 3 cheap axies i could buy 2 good ones and breed the 3rd to start playing. i think that should be talked about a lot because its a way to reduce your costs
I mention this in my other breeding video talking about methods because I totally agree. If it costs the same to get 2 strong axies and the breeding materials for a third, it is much better in my opinion then 3 of the cheapest axies. If you started with 2 aquas and bred a 3rd, eventually you will grind enough SLP to breed once or twice more, sell the offspring and buy a very strong plant tank.
@@Web3Wesley thanks for info. i did go for beast beast plant which is not very good, but i found getting 150 slp pretty easy which was my target from the start. can you please make a video about lands, how is it going to affect the base game and when is it going to happen.
@@Web3Wesley thanks brother! you are great!
Hey I trued the calculator and I can’t seem to use it. Because it need permission to view only.
I will take a look!
Have you heard of Little Axs?
Hi bro, your videos are great! I do only have one observation, please note that breed cost 4 AXS instead 2 :)
That is included in the calculator. It is 2 per parent = 4 per breed
Do you have to keep refreshing the page while you wait to keep track at where the price is at ? or does it change accordingly ..I had a few pages open but the prices didnt change after 3 hours and when i refreshed they were already sold 😢😢👶
Yes, you have to refresh the page! I will mention that next time
@@Web3Wesley Thanks friend , i noticed this lunacian guy is always buying up all the best cheap axies its really making it hard for some of us to get our foot in the door , anyways ill keep trying
lunacian ##### is also a default name haha, so it might be many people actually.
@@Web3Wesley hahahahahaha damn....
do you think there will be some dip soon? I missed few days ago oppurtunity to buy some "cheaper" Axies to beed. Its quite expensive and i want to try out.
I wish I could say, but noone really knows for sure
Is it possible to start a farm like this while also will be the first three axies of a person?
Say i pick aqua to start a farm. Would 3 aquas with similar genes be sufficient to also be used as a team to farm slp?
Because the SLP is more arena focused now it will be harder, but if you were going to farm slp with any 3 axies of the same type, I would choose aquas
@@Web3Wesley more power to your channel. Very thoughtful presentation.
Boss aee you still recruiting scholars?
can I use 3 same Axies for 1Team?
Would you be happy to guide me in getting started in breeding? If you have any recommendations for scholars who you can trust, that would also be great!
Thankyou
Thank you very much for this great video! Lost my job in pandemic and hoping to get some money through playing and breeding Axis. You video is so useful and would love some feedback on my team (pros and cons) and which of these three would be good for breeding using the looping method you so well explained. Curious if my Aqua (which doesn’t have the usual cards I see in most Aqua videos) would be good for breeding as a Tank or mid player? Appreciate any feedback I can get!!
My Team all has: 6 pure - above 95% - 0 breeds
Plant: Pumpkin, Serious, Rose Bud and Hot butt
Aqua (mid player): LAM, Nimo, Aquaponics and Aqua Vitality
Beast: Ronan, Imp, Nut Cracker and Nut Throw
That sounds like a really solid build. The important thing for Anemone is to have both regen parts, which you have. And pairing it with nimo as your midliner is a good role. I would say any of those would be great candidates for breeding.
Done watching 🙏🏻👏
Is this ABC method still good seeing as there is the 10% chance of mutation in genetics?
Glad you figured it out!
where to download the spreadsheet?
Thanks for sharing! Could you or somebody explain me what is: offprint MIN - MAX? Why generation 2 breeding cost = 0/7 x2 cost + 1/7 x2 cost? Thanks
@@Web3Wesley ooh ok thank you so much dude!
I thought the ETC for ever and ever was a statement for your love for etherium classic 😂😂
Someone help me…how do I download axie infinity on iphone
You can not! Only computer or android right now
@@Web3Wesley thank you!
I have an axie with SUPER RARE card set ( information from axie price calculator )... How can I price it?
Hard to say, sometimes rare axies will not sell if the move set is not good for battle. You can always list it for a very high price like 5 ETH and leave it for a few weeks to see what happens. Or you can auction it and let the market decide what to pay if you are in a rush to sell it.
the AXS token is $40 and SLP token is 30c is now a good or bad time to buy these tokens to start breeding?
How do you manage to keep this axies pure enough to sell them with profit, aren't they going to have witch each generation more and more mutations?
I start out very pure and eventually I will sell an axie or two and replace them. Keep in mind sometimes you end up with good mutations, this has happened to me a few times. And everything is rng so sometimes you can end up with more pure offspring. This has happened to me too
Please make the ABCD method asap
U help a lot man!
Hi great vid! can i buy only 2 axies and breed the 3rd one to start the game? thank you
You can, but it might not be much cheaper depending.
That would be very insightful so people can decide whether or not it's worth investing is this game these days
if you breed 2 axie. how many eggs it will produce? 1 or 2?
1 each time you breed
Can u make a video about cards you prefer in every axie which is our top priority or something like that and you dont like. For us to determine which kind of kinds can be consider even we dont get the card that is meta. Something like that. Thanks
I will see what I can do!
Hope i can get chance to breed someday 😅
Cost for breeding is 4 axs and increases incrementally right?
SLP increases incrementally, AXS stays the same
