But I 100% agree authentics are better and a better overall value than swingman jerseys. I do love swingman jerseys for more playing and usage for actual basketball or playing at the YMCA because of the price point and they always have discounts that can cost $50 or less in a lot of cases, but again too each their own.

Most people who say they can't afford an authentic jersy will buy a bunch of swingmans and spend the same amount of money. I say stay patient, save and get an authentic instead of a swingman. At least that's how I think. The difference in quality is such a no-brainer.

It has been a frustrating wait for some players to have authentics released i.e. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. I've only seen his City Editions as authentic. Cade Cunningham's through the Pistons team store has a 4-week wait at minimum. Keegan Murray is next on my wish list.

Yes, I'd rather have less authentic jerseys than more replica/swingman jerseys personally. I mostly collect MLB and NHL though.
