Enjoyed all your creations. Your journal ideas are great. I need to do that myself. Helen D has many cute ideas and good finishing.
A good author I have read is Kelly Rimmer. The German Wife was excellent and reflected the view of a German family and WWII and their move with Operation Paperclip. Very interesting and thought provoking since we tend not view it from German's perspective.
    Happy Stitching!

Thank you so much. I really enjoyed seeing all that you do. I have used felt as backing on some of my cross stitch Christmas ornaments in the past instead of doing double sticky board. They have lasted so well and it was much quicker. Great pictures from Santa Cruz. Love the seals! 🧡🪡🍁🧵🧡

So much goodness thank you - love that you are so 'brave' to do your own thing with dying and changing, just love it. I have already gone to local library and tagged Sarah Addison Allen's #1 book, can't wait to start, thanks for sharing that, I love my Kindle but truly love the feel of paper so I buy too many magazines to satisfy that need to rub the corner before turning the page, lol, weird I know. Your tree is just too cute.

What a nice way to spend some time this morning. I love seeing all your crafting! I went to the library after I watched your video and what was on the New Books shelf? Lost Birds. I snatched it up right away. I have read some of her books and I was not aware she had cancer and had not written for a while. Sadly, most of the books I check out from the library go back unread It is hard to find a really good story these days. I tend to stick to cozy mysteries but I do enjoy a good novel as well.

I loved it when you said “the bucket ladies”! LOL. So funny. I always love to see what you have been making since I don’t do much crafting anymore except sewing. I also like your book reviews as I like to get recommendations from other people that are like-minded about bad language. I read Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children as my sister had read them. They are definitely mystical but they held my attention. It’s been awhile since I read them so I might need to read them again as a refresher. The author is Ransom Riggs and I believe there are six books in the series, but I don’t remember if I read all of them. I don’t know if you would like them but thought I would mention them since they are mystical too and I would guess you can get them at your library. I am so glad that you seem to be doing better and enjoying your stitching and crafting. Blessings to you for the upcoming holidays………………..

Thanks for the floss tube. I enjoyed seeing your Halloween and Autumn finishes. I don’t stitch Halloween, but I’m busy with Autumn stitching. Right now I’m stitching Rev. Gordon Squashbottom. I’m a book lover and I agree that it’s hard finding clean books to read. Language bothers me so much, that I don’t complete the book if I run across it.

Such wonderful stitches & finishes, & the garland is so cute! Love your idea about repurposing your husbands shirt, too! Thanks so much for sharing about your journal; this was my first year for journaling cross stitch & I use a “Notes” book by Clementine Paper inc., divide it myself by months, wants/needs, WIPGO, plans, Etsy shops to check out, etc., & I include a section about reading & other crafts, too. Love to see other peoples ideas on cross stitch journaling, so I’d definitely watch if you do a video on putting yours together. My next read which I’ll start today for our neighborhood book club is Lady in the Lake by Laura Lippman. Happy Stitching, Journaling & Reading🧡🧵🪡📖📒
