Obviously with an estate you need to fold the seats down from time to time - the review missed this out! With rear seats folded, (a two-part fold procedure, preferably removing the rear headrests, which stow neatly in the top of the folded rear seat cushions), the rear luggage compartment has a completely flat load floor, which is nice... The review also didn't mention the self-parking feature, reversing camera, choice of three steering modes, automatic lighting and windscreen wiping, which are standard on the top range model tested, the '4tech'. I have one. Nice car.
The sunroof does it for me ,+ flat fold seats giving massive easy storage. Looks great ..The engines have chain driven Cams, tax is low, mph high! It's not a sports executive so who cares if it doesn't behave like one. Turbo diesels are all about in-gear-torque that petrols can't match so either diesel is good for me and having owned a Venga, and a focus, the Kia was ultimately way more reliable than the Ford so the extra handling the focus provides comes at a high cost.Keep the Focus, I'll have the Kia ..cheers
I've got three kids (including two teenagers), therefore I always want to know how much room there is in the back. Can three be comfy in the back? Thanks for talking about it in this video - I hope it'll be a point in all videos, especially those of family cars.
'loads of steering wheel mounted countrols, all a little bit confusing' he then goes on to mention what some of them are. Yea okay, really confusing aren't they. The amount of times I hear reviewers talk about buttons being confusion when they are clearly marked is a joke. That is also what a owners manual is for - so you know what buttons do what etc
Thought the same. If it has a premium interior and more space than it's competitors, surely it is the benchmark for space and practicality?? I think a bit of " Badge hate" crept in tbh.vauxhall diesels are a reliability- nightmare, fords are way overpriced and you pay more for less in both marques so surely this car rates better than many rivals?

Great work, as always, and I appreciate the longer, more thorough review this time around. Keep it up!
thanks for the feedback, we really appreciate it
I consider this car over golf mk7. I believe is better value for money and looks just as good
the music is so annyoing

I think You forgot 7yrs or 95000 miles waranty for Kia which is the best of all cars.
Also that KIA dealers honour warranty claims without fuss.
Music background is annoying. :-(

I love steering wheel controls. In my car I control the functions not the passenger.
Does the sunroof open all the way back or just halfway?
Good review, I will be in the market for such a car and this one is in the top choices!
thanks
If you rate this car at only 3 1/2 , what does it take to get 5?
I guess an overvalued German badge ? Ceed SW is on my list of one for next car.

This is first estate car that I like it!
That thick manual has like 30 different languages. Not that much information in it after all.
You want to moan about rear legroom but then say its fine?
It's bigger than my bible
It's bigge
Booook 😂
Don't do car reviews again
