Good content Rico. The DE seems like a project player that DQ and JWJ saw in Dallas I could see him finding a spot on the PS. For the WR all we can do is hope he finally gets it because at this point in the season we got what we got at WR on this team this is the only kind of chance for us to find a spark for lack of a better term at WR or should I call it a big play potential player until the off-season so fingers crossed and if it doesn't work out for him we have been finding a way more often than not this season with what we got at WR. All this is is Chef P keeping the stove on and trying out new recipes and new ingredients to see if he can put a better meal on the table for us fans.
I think they’ll end up in DC but not on the RFK site. Either way, the fam and I will make those home game trips from Ga. Gives me another reason to visit home lol
There are fewer people living in DC than in the 70s and 80s. A new stadium of similar size wouldn’t cause the problems people think. Some upgrades to infrastructure would be necessary but that’s to be expected. Easy decision, DC
Ill take 7-4 in week 11 over 4-13 for a whole season! Can proudly pronounce im a fan now. Also would rather lose the ways we have over the embarrassing lossesin the past. On a rebuild year? This feels amazing!
The new REDSKINS stadium will be at National Harbor, in Maryland just across the Wilson Bridge part of the Beltway (Rt.495/Rt.95) that connects to Virginia to the West and just South of the DC border (Rt.295). There is a large park owned by the State across the highway from the $1.5b MGM Casino that is much larger than the RFK site and can accommodate the stadium, training facilities and headquarters. The current training facility & headquarters in Ashburn Va. was recently permitted for three massive data centers and FedEx Field can be developed into residential and commercial space when vacated. Perhaps the REDSKINS will build a new REDSKINS Hall of Fame at the RFK site alongside DC’s desire for new recreation venues, residential and commercial space, but I don’t see the stadium landing there.
I would love that location but, Not sure if the Oxon Hill Farm can be used. It is a hystorical site ran by the National Park Service. Going to be hard to take it's status away.
All this sounds good. I'm s Washingtonian. Born and raised. Schooled in D.C. all my life. I would love to have the team in the District. I fully support a move back to the Nations Capital.

The only way a new stadium is built in DC is if Josh Harris and company pays for it. DC is not paying for that. MD seems like the more realistic option. They have more land and money to pay for it
