Dude why use Radeon super resolution over in game fsr options.. and above all you wouldn't want to use fsr or xess in shooter games where visibility matters as much as fps

Yeah you gonna have to do a cpu/gpu upgrade to get decent performance. Unfortunately since you have an intel you will have to upgrade your mobo as well. If you had an AMD CPU from around the same timeframe you could throw a 5800x3d in there without doing a mono change. That simply isn’t the case with Intel CPUs. That being said since you have to get a new mobo anyway you may as well get the ryzen 7 5800x3d which is the best ddr4 gaming cpu you can buy. For ultra budget maybe the ryzen 5 5600g As far as GPU, for ultra budget I’d consider rx5700xt, Intel Arc a750or the rx6600. For budget I’d consider the Intel Arc a770 with 16gb vram for between $250 and $300. Also in this price range would be the rx6600 or the only actually good price to performance nvidia gpu the 12gb RTX3060. You also have the RX7600 in this price range for a current gen AMD card. Or go big and get the Ryzen 7 7800x3d but this would also include getting new ram.
As soon as you enabled fsr, I know this was some bs....yes it generates more frames but it also significantly adds latency. Definitely not good for competitive games like COD 🤦🏻♂️

Bro my warzone worked perfectly once i did all these but when i turned off my pc and tryed to play again the day after it didnt work any more even when i did all again😑
