    Some other details I missed but are generally important, TKP trucks typically use smaller bushings than RKP trucks.
    Theres so much more in-depth I could go, I could point out niche use cases, but I think that would confuse a lot of people. Maybe one day! Thanks for watching :)

      I'm thinking of getting the loaded coyote or arbor sizzler with 150mm reverse kingpins. But those have 17" wheelbase.
      I've read somewhere the 16 to 17 wheelbase is the absolute lowest you could go for RKPs.
      What is your opinion on this? Is 17" wheel base enough for 150mm Reverse kingpins?
      I had to pass on many boards with better graphics because their wheelbases were below 16.

    thanks a ton for this. the only truly concise explanation of the differences I've found. I'm an old man who just got my first board in over 30 years without doing enough research, and I was freaked out thinking my trucks had been installed the wrong way! turns out I have RKP's, something I just had never seen in the 80's.

    Great video man. Thanks! And by the way, your English is better than most of the people here who speak it exclusively.

    Thanks man, just what I wanted to find out. And I now also know I will never try to say typically and TKP in the same sentence. Better men than me have tried 😁.

    finally! found a video that explained this. the term uses "reverse", but the trucks in the shop i looked at had "inverted" for the same thing. jesus. anyway, good video

    Interesting. I’m gonna start modding my Ripper Tkp 155 with some angled risers instead of the flat ones that are on it. I might get other trucks when I’ll get some more venom I mean monev.

    Another great review! u can use "usually" instead of "typically" especially when referring to TKP, less tongue twisting 😋 My brain almost got confused between typically & TKP
    Jokes aside, how much more effective is a precision truck like DT to a normal RKP. The price is ridiculously high & to me, wheel bearings still sit on a shaft maybe with less play. Great if u could do a video on them & share where the unique qualities are if any that justifies the cost

    This is the first video where I’ve seen RKPs trucks on a board and it explained well. Most videos have people holding the trucks in their hands. Gives us no idea of proper orientation.

    Do you (or anyone else reading the comments) know why some people recommend tkp for a pumping setup?

    • @andriipetrov4779
      @andriipetrov4779 2 года назад +1

      As far as i know it's not about tkp in general, but about certain models. Bennett Vectors have taller bushings then regular rkp and tkp trucks. With soft bushings it rides well as front truck. IMO not usable as rear truck at all
      Other option is Tracker set, didn't have them, not sure what's the feature of this trucks.
      After two seasons of experiments i sold my bennets in favor of 125mm Randall's set (chopped to 108mm), wedged 65deg front and 25deg rear
