Thanks for the post Aimee (awesome way of spelling your name btw)! The whole dressed in black thing is an analogy. The black clothes symbolize how our souls were before Jesus came into our lives. Later, we stumble upon the Light (Jesus through the Bible), and when we change clothes that symbolizes becoming a new person because of the forgiveness of Jesus! Did that make it clearer at all? =)

Thank you so much for your comment. Please know this video is just reflecting my personal experience with how it feels to me to be living without Jesus, and is by no means attempting to put that on everybody. This is an example of my own experience.
