In the chapter 54 of Boruto, Borushiki (Momoshiki) told Kawaki, this goes for anyone who has Karma, even if they get rid of Karma, how far they leveled up karma, is how much Otsutsuki they are. Kawaki and Boruto leveled it up to 80%. So both of them are 80% Otsutsuki. And the reason why I depend on Boruto being Otsutsuki is because seeing how Isshiki chose Kawaki as a vessel due to his body being a better vessel than Jigen should make him stronger than Isshiki and seeing the time skip of Boruto going toe to toe should mean that Kawaki is stronger than Naruto and Boruto is stronger than Naruto going toe to toe with Kawaki. Also, he had 3 chakra natures at the age of 13. When Naruto was that age, all he could do was rasengan and shadow clone Jutsu. Boruto developed regular, vanishing, wind style, and high compression rasengan which should be the strength, if not, then close, to rasen-shuriken strength because it took out harden carbon. And he has lightning style, water style, and Hyuga training. He will eventually awaken his byakugan making him stronger in Taijutsu, visual capacities, and his jougan. And what makes him even more strong, as an Otsutsuki, he can absorb jutsu and release what he absorbs. And we already know Naruto's strength. But compared to what I just theorized, I know Boruto is gonna be stronger.

These scalings were off. Jogan+rasengan defeated an otsutsuki and the jogan alone helped boruto land a rasengan on momoshiki's vital before striking with the odama. Boroshiki way above high kage as it sat on boro and boro scared kawaki more than delta so you know he was bad news. High compression rasengan should rank higher than his wind style since the wind style only broke that small boulder, while the high compression broke through zephyr shield and almost killed that dude. Also the rasengan broke through deepa's copper armour also made Deepa take the fight more serious. I can keep going, but these scalings on Boruto is just complete low-ball

This is why Kakashi let Naruto train with Jiraiya since they both are similar in terms of their personalities and they would better mesh together than Kakashi will
In these terms naruto would be strong but then wouldn't have kurama. So he would be stronger early on but wouldn't be nearly as strong in the end.

I will say that Naruto is stronger because Boruto has only seen his strength as a peg, and we will see how much his strength will develop. It is natural for Boruto to be strong because he inherited the strength of Naruto and Hinata, and this is evidence that his strength will be terrifying.
Also he is an Otsutsuki. I will explain. And what REALLY made him Otsutsuki was Momoshiki giving him Karma. In the chapter 54 of Boruto, Borushiki (Momoshiki) told Kawaki, this goes for anyone who has Karma, even if they get rid of Karma, how far they leveled up karma, is how much Otsutsuki they are. Kawaki and Boruto leveled it up to 80%. So both of them are 80% Otsutsuki. And the reason why I depend on Boruto being Otsutsuki is because seeing how Isshiki chose Kawaki as a vessel due to his body being a better vessel than Jigen should make him stronger than Isshiki and seeing the time skip of Boruto going toe to toe should mean that Kawaki is stronger than Naruto and Boruto is stronger than Naruto going toe to toe with Kawaki. Also, he had 3 chakra natures at the age of 13. When Naruto was that age, all he could do was rasengan and shadow clone Jutsu. Boruto developed regular, vanishing, wind style, and high compression rasengan which should be the strength, if not, then close, to rasen-shuriken strength because it took out harden carbon. And what makes him even more strong, as an Otsutsuki, he can absorb jutsu and release what he absorbs. And we already know Naruto's strength. But compared to what I just theorized, I know Boruto is gonna be stronger.

These scalings were off. Jogan+rasengan defeated an otsutsuki and the jogan alone helped boruto land a rasengan on momoshiki's vital before striking with the odama. Boroshiki way above high kage as it sat on boro and boro scared kawaki more than delta so you know he was bad news. High compression rasengan should rank higher than his wind style since the wind style only broke that small boulder, while the high compression broke through zephyr shield and almost killed that dude. Also the rasengan broke through deepa's copper armour also made Deepa take the fight more serious. I can keep going, but these scalings on Boruto is just complete low-ball
