Either I'm a complete dunce or I have a faulty gimbal. Despite charging it for several hours and seeing the blue lights on the battery, I can't get the display to stay on. The menu only appears as long as I'm holding down the power button and it shuts off almost immediately thereafter. Is there a trick to charging or turning this on? I missed my return window, so I fear I'm stuck with a dead product.
Hi - I would say you are a dunce my friend it honestly sounds like it maybe an issue with the gimbal I no longer own this one so cant help, have you updated the firmware? Or reached out to their customer support - it may be the battery is not holding charge - sorry I cant be any more help cheers Hieth
