Wow this was Brilliant, I have never heard of this composer before but those dances are so interesting, loved listening to this, and interestingly even though it's written much earlier it reminded me of Jazz Piano Styles of the early 70's like Corea and Jarrett were playing then.

Check out Babadjanian's Vagarshapat Dance, which takes one of these as its theme and elaborates in a barnstorming way. More good Armenian piano music.
