More like bad writing for a cheap 'comedic moment' on a character that's supposed to be at least a little serious. This comic run was just "hehe I'm crazy" like Deadpool for ten issues. Glad they ended it quickly

The narrated meditation is an excellent touch and it really adds a lot of light humor to the scene. Makes it better. Amazing voice acting and editing as always.
I will point out that DID doesn't allow you to talk to your alters telepathically or whatever, but we can chalk it up to magic. Compared to a lot of media, this is a much better representation.
Marc's dissociative identity disorder I think is definitely heightened in some form by his powers and Khonsu into a state where all 3 of them are basically different people instead of just personalities.

Really like the detail of making Steven in this sound english. Steven was such a loveable character in the show, even though he might not be really comic accurate I think it's a really good adaptation. Also love how Steven and Khonsu are hugging at the end

The comic actually sometimes reflects the real struggles of DID. It’s over the top of course because it’s a comic. But Jake saying “you made us this way” while discussing everyone’s role is a good metaphor for the turbulence of system roles changing over time. While some alters may have been made for a reason, as the environment changes, the alters will grow and change as people. This might create confusions and discomfort in the system.

It's so hard to find any good rep for this overly stigmatized condition that helps children get through traumatic experiences. It's hard for some people to even know how to say it, calling it disassociative instead of dissociative identity. Which is important because it's a DISSOCIATIVE disorder, not a personality disorder, you don't take medication for it, and is DEFINITELY NOT schizophrenia; like a lot of memes say.

I would love to see you do a video on the issue where Marc persuades the House of Shadows into becoming the Midnight Mission. That issue is as amazing.
I love the way you express the differences in the characters. With the slightly heavier accent between Marc and Jake, Steven being the british bean we all love and adore, and of course, great work as Khonshu. If I’m to offer a bit of critique, I do think the “Douche!” lines and other parts during that fight would benefit from more explosive, aggressive reading rather than the sort of cool, calm demeanor you expressed between the two of them. It makes more sense for Jake to be a bit more calm given the context, but with Marc being the one who seemed to instigate the fight, it would make more sense for him to be the more aggressive until the end when they’ve finally talked each other down. Overall, the only thing I felt was missing from this dub was a bit more intensity in the fight. The emotion and the nuance was all there. And those parts of acting are HARD to nail. Props for getting that down, man
I'm hoping steven in the series graduares from "barely knows what he's doing" to how mr. Knight is displayed in the comics, someone who calmly beats you up and cuts you down.
