this is a modded mortal kombat version. its generally called 'mugen mortal kombat' you can add characters, stages, .. etc . just search for mk mugen .

Trust me..I love these!!! The only disappointment is the fact that Brutalities take too freaking long. They are too visually intense..I love the fact that they end with a Finishing Move but it feels like it's purposefully too much to look at for amount of time you're looking at the screen..
Only complaint..other than that I LOVE IT!!
