How can this video have less than 10k views? Thats insane! Such nice filming an moderation deserves millions of views!! Keep up the good work, I love it!
Well thank you very much! I will promptly read this comment to Tommy who will appreciate it. We hope to keep getting better :) Where would you like to see us tour next?
@@philipwellsrealestate I loved this house because of the size, the modern esthetics and especially the victorian, typical US American style. I am from Germany and I fell in love with this Architecture when I was a kid, so I think more of this kind would be awesome :)
Hi, I'm my new subscriber, and I’ve watched all your videos today, and you have such a smooth swag. It seems obvious to me that you will soon have tens of thousands of subscribers in the near future.✨💫
Great tour Philip! Thank you for showing us this nice and spacious home! I liked the renovation of the house, its exterior and garage, and your attention to details.
Thanks Emmanuel! Appreciate you watching and taking the time to leave a note. It was a beautiful home and I’m glad we did it justice. There were so many upgrades (seismic upgrades, elevator installation, floors, doors, windows, fireplaces, noise-proofing, etc.) that the tour could have been 45 minutes! But we are trying a bit of a longer style.
They ruined that house! They removed all the beautiful architectural details that were present! Why buy a Victorian house only to gut it and destroy its historical architectural details inside? I think it's terrible!
You’re really living one on top of the other in San-Fran, even the wealthy. As for the house, it’s nice if a bit too white and bland on the inside. They don’t seem to have preserved any of its period features either, which is unfortunate.
I love that they kept the exterior Victorian and I think the inside is very elegant and beautiful and not as industrial looking as so many gutted renovations. Thanks for the tour!
Phil, great tour as always! One comment, though, the shoes! This house is pristine white on every surface. Definitely seems like it should be a shoes off tour.
Thank you! I always ask the owner and agent what the shoe policy is- this one was okay with shoes on, but I understand your instinct! Since the viewers didn’t hear that conversation, I should probably bring shoe covers at a minimum. Appreciate the feedback and you for writing in.
i like your tour of this house, i think you doing really good job of how you are showing us the house in the video. but i think if you will look at some vides of enes yilmazer, the video will be perfect.
We are still learning and improving- I appreciate the support! I have seen Enes Yilmazer’s tours, and he’s great. Thanks for watching and let us know over the next several videos if you think we are improving or straying from what you would like to see
The garage!!!!!!!!! I know it's likely for a big family but this would have been the perfect dream home for our multi-generational household. I can imagine my aging parents would love to be on the ground floor with their own kitchen. The elevator is the perfect touch when we have aging parents + disable family member. But I just love love love that garage. Now only if I win the lottery that can afford this home. haha :)
I can certainly understand this take -- but also I think the house was in pretty bad disrepair when they bought it. The last listing only showed architectural renderings, so they may have been starting from scratch, or close to it. In NYC it hurts me inside when someone totally "guts" an old brownstone and doesn't keep what they can

At the start i thought it was Mrs. Doubtfire's house. Amazing house and i'll take the top floor away from everyone. Cheers.
I’m going to have to rewatch Mrs. Doubtfire! Thanks for watching and pointing out :)
soul of this LADY DESTROYED.. SHAME on you 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Great review, stunning house absolutely love it, hope to see much more uploads 🏡🏙🇬🇪

Unbelievable
Completely destroyed !
I agree - typical, stale all-white theme; forgettable with no history and story. :/
Because what you call historical architectural details are actually history...
What did the interior look like ? It's so modernized, and lacks any kind of charm. Yikes.
Aw, I know the need to modernize a building to suit buyers, but I wish you kept some of its architecture. It gives a office/hotel feeling.
Camera work and just video style is flawless guys , keep up the great work ! Journey to 100k in no time 👍
Thank you, that means a lot! 🥹

Awesome Bungalow to have in one of the busiest Cities in the World and SFO is always special.
I agree- thanks for watching Rocky :)
The outside looked perfect but the inside ruined it
$1.35mm price reduction as of 10/1/2024. Listed in 2021 for $18mm with multiple price reductions and no sale.
Perfect ❤
I like your vdo keep going ❤❤❤
Thank you, I will!!
NO HEATED FLOOR'S?
I want bedroom 4.
I love that they kept the exterior Victorian and I think the inside is very elegant and beautiful and not as industrial looking as so many gutted renovations. Thanks for the tour!
You’re very welcome! So, if they were the same price and you could never sell, would you take this one or 2698 Pacific (the other video)?
It’s great, but they removed 😂very ounce of the Victorian soul from that house.
That's true -- sometimes in these cases, though, there isn't that much to save. But I don't know, I only know the renovation took years.

Those shoe covers seem like a recipe for tripping. All good, Phil. I have no doubt you’d take off your shoes if asked.
I'm pretty used to them, we use them for tours all the time in NYC. I might bring a few pairs next time! Thanks for watching Jas

I will wait a few months more... then snatch it up for 1.51 USD when the SF market hits rock bottom due to all the issues of the city
How did it go? 😉
Is this the freaking bat cave?(batmans cave)
This home is Gorgeous
It was -- very high quality materials throughout, and seismic upgrades!
ugly Reno to a Victorian home. If you want modern then build one. Why do people do this to the old beautiful homes.

Buy they left ZERO orginality
Eating on your terrace at night in SF? Get real, you need a down jacket and 7 scarves
They ruined a gorgeous house
I would never walk in my houses wearing shoes specially there
🩴
I’d quicker live in Congo. Probably safer than SanFran
Wow , nice home. But they stripped out every single Victorian detail. How stupid
