My goal of this year is learn how to give others space a long with giving mud the needed space alone. I never know how to say no to people or how to be alone and I was recently dumped before Christmas so this is my chance to be alone and work on myself and just love those around me but not too much. @morganslucher

My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle! In 2020 I did a lot of lounging and was pretty lazy. To achieve this I’m do some type of movement every day. Whether it’s a walk, weight training, spinning, etc, will determine how I’m feeling that day. I just want to listen to my body more and fueling it with nutrients it needs as well!
To love myself. I’ve always said I’m fat out loud or think it and my family agree with me which kinda makes me sad because family is suppose to lift you up. But I’m to try and workout more even if that mean workout when I come home from work and just say that I’m beautiful. Because I want to lose weight too

BUT at the end of 2020, I realized I really needed to turn things around, and work on making myself the best I can be. My goal is to grow closer with the Lord. I joined a church group this semester at my university and I love it!!

My goal of this year is learn how to give others space a long with giving mud the needed space alone. My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle! In 2020 I did a lot of lounging and was pretty lazy. To achieve this I’m do some type of movement every day. Whether it’s a walk, weight training, spinning, etc, will determine how I’m feeling that day. I just want to listen to my body more and fueling it with nutrients it needs as well!

For example, today, i’m practicing Spanish on duolingo to push my mind to learn a new language. Happy new year✨

There truly is nothing more relaxing than putting your phone down and not having to worry about what others are posting. 2020 taught me that anything can change and/or be taken from you in the blink of an eye, so I really want to be present and enjoy every single moment this year!! btw i love your videos and all the positivity you bring! After reflecting, I have really noticed how much i’ve limited myself from doing things because i’ve mentally said “stop”, physically given up, etc. To put it in motion, I will challenge at least one of the three each day to make slow but sure progress. For example, today, i’m practicing Spanish on duolingo to push my mind to learn a new language. Happy new year✨

My top goal for 2021 is to truly love my body and treat it well. I've struggled a lot with unhealthy exercise and eating habits over the past few years, and this year I am focusing more on intuitive eating, treating food as fuel, and thanking my body for what it does for me each day. I so constantly tear myself down instead of appreciating my body for what it is. @caelanulke
my top 2021 goal is to minimize social media usage and be more present!!
