  • Dr. Rowe shows how to decompress your lower back for INSTANT pain relief!
These spinal decompression stretches and exercises are geared towards relieving pressure in the spinal discs in the lower back (lumbar spine). How they work is through pulling motions, or TRACTION. Think of a very good stretch that helps open up the spine.
This is effective in many ways, such as helping to decrease muscle and joint stiffness and taking pressure off pinched nerves that may be causing sharp, shooting pains (including SCIATICA) across the lower back and legs.
All of these low back decompression exercises are safe, effective and can be done AT HOME! As a bonus, you may find they give lower back pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Watch now and learn how to decompress your lower back at home!

It’s the exact same scenario for me. Horrible lumbar pain from years of concrete work. I actually switched trades 3 years ago because of what concrete work was doing to my back I still suffer with the pain to this day. I am about to try these stretches for the first time right now, I really hope I have the same results. Which of these stretches worked best for you?

I apologize ahead of time if there's already a video on this or if there's not much you can do for it, but my mom has really bad RLS and I was just curious if you have any ideas, I would love a video to send to her!
Your videos are amazing and have helped me tremendously!!!
    Thank you :)

Great video! I often will do something similar off the back of a chair, except I will lift up my lower body to adjust or I will do dips, except I just hang/hold myself in the air for like 10-30 seconds a few times until I feel much better. Thoughts on that, Doc Rowe?

Twenty three years ago when my back went out (L5-S1) the only thing I found at home by chance to stop the pain was to kneel over a footstool. After having a laminectomy I have been pain free for over 22 years now. But that ruptured disc was the most painful thing I have ever endured.
