I didn’t finished this movie but the little i watched. The situation of using human beings for sacrifice can be changed through movie if they let’s people know that they can use cow instead of human beings. They encouraged human sacrifice with their movie they should please change their stories if to become omo onile you have to use human beings for scarifice
Theatre can simply be defined as an act of bringing real life actions into play. We can't overlook the fact that our Politicians use human beings for sacrifices to gain power. Everyday we hear news of kidnappings & rituals, these things happen so we shouldn't pretend like they don't. There are many goats flocking around but why human beings? Sir, there is a big difference between human sacrifices & animal sacrifices. Animal sacrifices are mostly used to appease the gods or for celebration while human sacrifices are used either for convenants, pledge, power or other supernatural purposes. Before the colonial masters came, Africans were known for using human beings as sacrifices to different gods as convenants and to redeem their pledge. In this movie, Agbaje got bullet wounds because the gun used is too powerful for his juju so for him to be superior over that gun, he needed a human sacrifice to make him super powerful. Movies are imitations of life, they can't actually use a cow for such a sacrifice else that part of the movie will highly be criticised by movie critics. We know the impact of movies on pple's lives but we shldn't just pretend about this real happenings in our society. Thank you sir as we all await the Part 2.

This movies talks about reality in Nigeria. The issue of land has become national crisis in Nigeria. Greed is the principal thing when it comes to land in Nigeria, a lot of people have died untimely bcos of land.
As for Odunlade, no matter how powerful you are nobody can escape death at the end of the day and the land has promised to reject you. All bcos of what exactly? Land?! To buy a land in Nigeria is scary right from time and I wish the government can take proper action against this evil people that sells land to more than 1 person. Next part is gonna be interesting.
