    this was great! Brought back memories of my time in the Navy Seabees as a Utilitiesman...early in my career worked with boilers (early nineties). Looking forward to seeing other videos, keep up the great work!

    Make sure to always pull the combustion blower and clean the wheel, also the air damper plates etc. Those blower wheels with just a little amount of dirt can affect you air ratio causing an improper mixture IE to much gas causing soot or incomplete combustion.

      Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you are absolutely correct. It is good practice to also clean/inspect the wheel/dampers as it can have an impact on your air/fuel ratio. However, we try to keep these videos short and did not cover this procedure.
