They didn't show much of the garden with the unusual water feature, but I get why they liked the house. It was in a quiet place, the rooms were a good size, had everything they want. Although it's rare, I cringe when people buy a house with a busy street in front. It's dangerous for kids and pets, and the noise is terrible, and sometimes fumes from cars can make the house a gas chamber. Being near a highway is even worse, as bits of tires can float through the air like soot.
I am so glad they got their house but I cringed when they offered under the asking price - why would anyone do that, when they have found their dream house?
THIS IS NOT PART ONE!!!!!!! This is PART TWO!!! Part one is: ruclips.net/video/oeXE9oCzHCc/видео.html (I had it, then lost it and had to go looking, Jeeeeze-Louise! ...that was ridiculous... ).
Idiots. They almost lost the house they lived for 2 thousand dollars off the list price?!?! Like just pay 1-2 grand above asking and you get the dream house without any hassle or going over budget 🙄
What a LOVELY couple! You can tell they share a great sense of humour. I'm so happy for them!
The guy got HAIR with his house? LOL Happy for them.

A good choice I think. Always like Phil's coats.
this is actually part 2!
I didn't like the house they chose but loved seeing them so happy with it
It got a good size, light, cheap, in good conditions and it's easy to updated it to their taste.
Good choice. I wonder if they stayed there, given Sherford are building new Georgian styles houses now.
Very glad they found a house where they are happy
It would be nice to see where they are now still there?
Apart from the prices, the thing that really dates this is the fact that they saw it 'in the paper' ... ah, the days before Right Move! :)
Purple carpet in the living/dining room? It would look so much nicer with wooden floors. Lovely couple, great senses of humour. Thanks for the upload.
So happy for them🍷
I'm so happy for them 🤗
Super couple, very perceptive.
Looks like Homer Simpson in the update lol
Hooray! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I live in Plymouth and there are much nicer properties for the same money but I wish them all the best. I may see them in Sainsburys!
That episode was at least 20 years ago. They might not be there anymore.
Awesome
The ever-"civilized" bidet would have sold me.

Is this really only about 10 months ago?
looks like 20 years ago. The cars and a glimpse of a computer is the giveaway
@@smoogie7 plus the fact that a 5 bed 3 storey house in Manamead for £155K has to make it at least that.
