Hot Water Beach New Zealand: The beach where you can DIG your OWN HOT SPA! (SOLO trip in Coromandel)

Hot Water Beach is one of the most popular beaches in New Zealand! Located in Coromandel, it's well-known for its patch of thermal water bubbling just beneath the surface of the sand at low tide, with water reaching up to 64 degrees Celsius, where visitors can hire a shovel from a local shop nearby and dig their very own hot spa! This video is part 2 out of 3 of my solo adventure vlog in Coromandel, where I shared my experience visiting Hot Water Beach for the first time! And as a first time visitor, I unsurprisingly managed to embarrass myself due to my lack of research skills before visiting the place.
